As usual the food becomes better so do the service.. At any point of time i would recommend for any of you out there feels like spending time with your family with good food freindly services and affordable prices to dine at the Munch at the pines... I have been experiencing very good experience during my hi tea with family & friends last week a Ames hotel. To be honest i like food very much especially the satay, yoong tau foo, chendol and alot verities. The outlet is quite pack (no wonder because food is good). We love t spent time here. All staff is friendly, i have parking reserved as well(thanks to Mr Ali) I would like to namely few management team, Mr wan, Ms Carol, Mr Joseph, Ms Marina, Mr Farid, MR Navin and i will recommend this place to my friends i future. Normally have a programs and meeting here. But this time, went for Hi-Tea with my siblings. Food is nice, ambient environment and easy access. Friendly staff, Secretary Marina, F&B team - Encik Wan Nazli, Event & Cat Ms Carol, Mr Ali (Chief Security) and I don't know what his name - which assist my sister to walk - she had minor opt to car park. Will come again next time

Clean room clean toilet easy parking good breakfast.very good services.hotel near tol ayer keroh.very smooth check in and check out. For the bed,the comforter a bit thick so its a bit hot if you go inside.at the morning a bit noisy from the pool. Overall ok..

Cozy n nice place to have a meal and stay with your family. Nice food, ample parking , easy access to exit Ayer Keroh, just 5 minutes to Melaka Wonderland, Birds Park, Bee’s Farm, Zoo and amny more and also the price is affordable. Recommended!

The room was nice with comfy bed and large smart TV, kids can watch youtube. Nicely decorated with clean carpeted floor and functional furniture. The buffets were good with adequate varieties. Gym equipments enough, pool small and not convenient for parents to watch over the kids. Spa not operational yet but looks promising. Location also a short drive from shops, attractions, restaurants, etc. Staffs helpful and courteous.
