This hotel provides external windows only for executive or suite type rooms, not superior rooms. If you book a superior room you will get the following: an internal window into a courtyard, no safe, limited place to store / hang belongings, have to turn on switch on wall outside bathroom to get hot water (hotel staff should have informed us...

Our stay at Courtyard @ Heeren was great. We took the deluxe room, the room is beautifully design, comfortable bedding, great shower and has all the amenities one require. The hotel is located in the center of the city, there are lots of historical site to explore. Hotel staff are friendly, we were offered juice upon check in.

I have heard so much raving about this hotel and finally I have managed to get a room. Though the room doesn't have a proper window ie just a view of the airwell in the toilet. The room was located on the ground floor. Spacious and well designed. But it stops there. The water leaked from the false ceiling. The...

Almost in the center of town but far enough away not to be bothered with noise. Clean-ish boutique hotel, very authentic when you walk in and pleasant staff. One member took my hubby to the car park 2 streets behind the hotel as there is no on site parking, only one spot reserved outside for drop off of your luggage...

the Courtyard @ Heeren is a nicely renovated colonial era shophouse boutique hotel. The location is excellent - in the middle of the old heritage town, just one minute away from the bustling Jonker street, and still absolutely quiet. The beds were comfortable. The one thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that the maintenance could be...

We stayed for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. The location of the hotel is hard to beat, nested within the Unesco world heritage site. Staff are incredibly helpful, they did everything to accommodate their guests. The room are clean and comfortable, very comfortable bedding and pillows.

Had a great stay at Courtyard@Heeren Melaka over the weekend for 1 night. Location is great, walking distance to Jonker Street Markets and lots of eateries nearby. Family room is of good size , clean and beds are comfortable. Size of bathroom is just right and the water pressure is good. Engage the hotel service for the point to point...

The Courtyard was a great place for a quick visit to Melaka. It's a good location and the rooms have been retrofitted and modernized but still have some Old Sourheast Asia charm. Lots of good food and shopping in the area especially at Jonkers Gallery right down the road. Management at Hotel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was good.

Back to our Melaka hideout, a home away from home "The G3". As usual, Ms. Intan has arranged the same heritage room whenever we stop by for a visit. Across the street hidden within a boutique serving breakfast each morning to their honourable guests from the 15 rooms only. We love this place, being closer to Jonker St. and major...

We travelled down to Melaka to spend just the one night in this hotel and found it to be full of character and situated in a street featuring plenty of other beautiful, historic buildings. The Heeren Boutique hotel lived up to its claims for atmosphere and authentic furnishings. Step inside and you'll find yourself in a charming lobby, with genuine...
