Come and experience old world charm with modern amenities and 5 star comfort. 16 plush and spacious en-suite designer rooms in a majestic curved Art-Deco building right on Jonker Walk, with free wi-fi, car-park....
We checked in, went to our room (climbing a dirty narrow flight of stairs), only to find in the stained, dingy hallway a massive pile of filthy sheets blocking our doorway. We climbed past it to enter our room - and remained there for 5 seconds! It STANK of cigarettes - as does the hotel, despite the mo smoking signs everywhere. Hotel refunded our stay without question. But avoid this disgusting place. It is run down, dirty, smelly & foul. I am furious having driven for hours to get to Malacca. At least we should be able to find somewhere else to stay.

I m so amazed by the service Jonker Boutique Hotel given to me. I m working in Singapore and 2 of my friends will be staying in the hotel on 6 March till 8 March 2020. We would like to give our friend a birthday surprise on 7 March 2020 on her actual birthday. We had ordered a cake. However, the cake shop not able to deliver it to the hotel. I called and check with the hotel is there anyways to help us to pick the cake up and make it a little surprise for us as we are in Singapore. Jonker Boutique Hotel staffs were so great and actually help us on this special request. I m so appreciate and happy. Good job Jonker Boutique Hotel. I will definitely go back for the stay again.

Our first few days in Malaysia and the end of the Lunar New Year were at this hotel. Very comfortable quirky place right in the middle of the action on CNY. Lion dancers galore right outside plus the weekend night market. Staff really friendly and helpful. Recommended.

After reading the reviews of this hotel, my wife and I decided to try it out, and we decided to go for a nicer bigger room - the Grand Deluxe room. What drew us to try this hotel was that reviews have said that it was clean and quiet, and the room we chose had a bathtub. However, our experience was not exactly the same as others. After we checked into the hotel, the first thing we saw was that all their white linens were stained. Stained pillow cases, stained bed sheets, stained towels. We told the front desk about it and left the room. Thankfully, when we got back at night, they changed all the linen and they were alright. It amazed me that the housekeeping would put such stained linen (see pictures), and the quality control is in question. This is the first hotel in all my…

This is a quaint and clean little yesteryears hotel. We had a beautiful room, and very quiet although the location would suggest otherwise. We loved staying here and the staff were very friendly. Car was securely parked in back on hotel owned carpark and the location earns 5-stars as it is right at the beginning of Jonker Street. We booked for two nights and the second night there was the Christmas street market happening right in front of the hotel. Super convenient and in the room you couldn't hear any music coming from the street - perfect for us! I highly recommend this place and surely we will stay there again one day. Room prices are also very reasonable and with no breakfast included there is plenty of options on Jonker Street anyway... excellent coffee in walking…

Wonderful boutique hotel right at the top of Jonker Street in historic. Not expensive, aircon and good bathrooms. Each room has different theme and styles. Not sure if suitable for people unable to do stairs etc. would need to ask before booking.

The location was fantastic. We didn't have to drive to any place. Managed to go wherever we intended to go by foot. The street market was right outside the hotel and this made it even more convenient for us. Food was in abundance in the area.

We stayed at the Deluxe Room and Premier Deluxe Room and both rooms are quite big with toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Location is very convenient as we could return to the hotel and out again easily without the need to take our car whilst in Jonker Street area. Plenty of restaurants and places of interest around the hotel. Parking is available and secure as the gate would be locked at night. May only be a problem to persons with mobility issue as the rooms are all upstairs reachable only via staircase.

It’s a great location to soak in the sights, sounds & flavors of central Melaka town. Stayed for 1 night in the weekend and was able to enjoy the bustling weekend market along Jonker Street. Lots of local foods, fruits, souvenirs, clothes, etc offered at the night market (starts abt 5pm-midnight on Friday & Saturday nights). The hotel offers private secured carpark facilities behind the hotel for guests. Our deluxe room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was big too with shower & tub areas. Standard toiletries were supplied. Bed was firm yet comfy. Could do with extra pillows. Only 2 standard pillows were supplied on a king sized bed for 2 adults. Would have liked 2 more. Check-in was super easy and quick. Reception staff were friendly & efficient. I had booked via the hotel…

The hotel is located right at the end of Jonker Street by the public stage. You will be literally two steps away from the weekend night market. We were greeted warmly by two friendly receptionist when we arrived. We booked a family room with two queen beds. The room is spacious with a small round marble top table & 4 chairs, perfect for eating the supper from Jonker Street. There’s a private carpark for parking just behind the carpark.
