Love the hotel, the decor, the bed, the bathroom (albeit shower/bathtub area is small). We had to climb two flight of stairs to reach the room, great exercise to a comfortable room which I slept well in.

I got a family room (2A & 2C). it was spacious with 2 queen beds). Furniture seemed rather basic, nothing spectacular. it has everything we needed (just enough). I found the bed-sheet somewhat stained, but seeing that the stain is old (cannot be removed by washing),i did not bother to get them changed. Bathroom was functional. And my children were...

This is our second visit to this hotel and we continue to enjoy it. The staff continue to impress us with their excellent service! However, it would really be good to spruce up the place. Things are getting run down, bathroom is leaking. With a new hotel just opposite, it will be competitive. Some simple repair and painting job will...

We enjoyed this little boutique hotel, and for once, the boutique definition is well placed. This hotel placed in an art deco building, contains very unique rooms with personality and different decor. They are clean, beautiful shower, bathroom with old style black&white tiles, and a lot of flair. The hotel staff is very nice and serviceable. Upon your arrival and...

We stayed here for 2 nights: Sunday and Monday. I confirm that the Sunday night was noisy, but the music stops around 10.30pm and I guess it's part of the local charm. And if you arrive late at night as the street is closed for the night show, it's a bit hard to find the parking. Other than those two...

The bath tub in my room gt some curly hairs myb is from previous customer or housekeeper i guess. Bt nvm we are not using the bath tub. Overall vry pleasure stay. Will come...

We only stopped in the café on the corner for a quick dring after visiting the Saturday Market (actually this market is on Friday evening). The service was quick and polite, the prices of the drinks are very moderate and the bathroom modern and clean.

Good position at the top of Jonker Sreet - convenient for everywhere but away from the heavier traffic near the Melaka river. Helpful staff and a pleasant welcome. Clean room and bathroom but some maintenance issues: 2 window catches were broken and the bath tub developed a large split in it whilst we were there. Staff were very apologetic but...

We were keen to be located in the heart of the "old' Chinese part of Melaka and this certainly fitted the bill. You could walk straight out of the hotel and be straight into the traditional part of city surrounded by Chinese businesses, homes, temples and within easy access to the River. The hotel itself was a bit like a...

Great location with a clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful - allowed us to use the showers after we checked out and walked us to the taxi stand as Jonker Street was getting busy. Little things count towards an awesome experience. Well-run hotel!
