Stayed two nights with friends from Hong Kong visiting Singapore. We booked two rooms and were given big rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor of the 16-room property. There are no guest rooms on the ground floor. Guests with mobility issues may find the property challenging. Free and excellent WiFi and friendly helpful staff are a major plus. There’s a mini fridge in the room but no in-room safe. The bathtub is large but elevated and so might be problematic again for those with mobility issues. Friday and Saturday access to the property may be harder as the street shuts down for the weekly night market. Having said that, it is a joy to roam up and down the street shopping eating and drinking. Plenty of food choices and we ended up at the near by Geographer for supper and beer both

Hotel was great and it was easy to locate. It located at the end of Jonker street so it was always a delight to walk back to the hotel after a long day out. But the only disappointing part wad the air con. It was located at the position facing the door, so it only cooled half the room and we were actually perspiring and had a very restless night.

Spacious room, large bathroom (equiped with a shower and a tub) with natural daylight, helpful and friendly staff at all time, irreproachable cleanliness, A/C in perfect working conditions and a location that allows you to wander around Chinatown and to reach the sea by foot. We couldn't ask for more

Checked into room 109 on 25/3 - 28/3. Had the family room. First impression of the hotel is good. Hotel does not have a lift. They serve you welcome drink, which is a nice gesture. The room size is big enough for a family of 4. The room overlooks Jonker street. The aircon is great. The shower pressure and temperature is excellent. However on the 27/3, the local electric provider will be doing some work at night which will lead till morning. The hotel was so kind to arrange to transfer our stay to their sister hotel, Treasures Hotel & Suites. They went out of their way to make sure the transfer is seamless. Kudos to the management and staffs. Will return soon.

Just had our ninth stay here and enjoyed the time. The service, the rooms, the location: All perfect. Meanwhile much more places for a good breakfast around, so don't bother about the missing restaurant.
