This was our first time staying in this hotel despite our previous numerous trip to Melaka. Unfortunately it was just a one night business/leisure trip. Wished we have stayed here sooner in the past and longer as everything were fantastic from the location, ambience, decor/settings, food taste and quality, cleanliness and service & hospitalities from the staffs. Just planned our next trip to come back in 2 weeks time! Appreciation to the entire front desk team for their kind assistance as well as to En Haffiz for his attentiveness and excellent breakfast experience and to Mr Balan and his team for our lovely evening by the river

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in the Laksamana Cheng Ho 2 bedroom suite. We found the room really spacious and clean with a lovely view of the river. We loved the location which is within walking distance to Jonkers Street as well as some other famous tourist spots in Melaka. There is also a secure underground parking which removed the headache of trying to park in Jonkers! The swimming pool is big with a splash pool for the little ones. The view from the pool was pretty special too. I had a lovely massage in the spa which was amazing and highly recommended. The spa facility was beautiful, very inviting and the whole experience left me feeling so relaxed and yearning for more! I wish i had more time to try their different package treatments. We will definitely choose to stay at Casa again when we return to Melaka.…

A really nice hotel where staff know how to conduct themselves and go out of their way to be helpful. A three-night stay was booked and we wanted to extend to five, but the hotel was full. Breakfasts were good, service was kind and facilities were excellent. The hotel is in walking distance of most of the tourist spots.

Hotel located at very good location, it’s very near to Jonker Walk and just beside of the river. Mattress in room is very comfy and staffs all are very friendly. Only thing is the breakfast have rooms to improve.

Referred to this hotel by a KL friend who had a hand in building up the property. After checking into the rooms, we concluded that it was good but not as luxurious as my KL friend had described. To be fair, we found the general service level to be good but facilities wise, it could be improved. However, there is nothing to pick on the location of the hotel. The view from the river-facing rooms is picturesque and the proximity to Junker Walk is perfect (Not to near to be too rowdy and only literally a minute or two walk away). Probably the best hotel in the area.

All the staffs are polite, service oriented and eager to please, especially Redzwan who warmly welcomed us upon arrival. Lemongrass sorbets & cold face towels is a very nice gesture. As it was my wife's birthday, Redzwan took the effort to privately discuss with me of their surprise birthday cake for her. Our room was also nicely decorated. Read from reviews of a little surprise birthday song presentation though we didn't receive it, but not an issue at all. Excellent hotel location. Great breakfast varieties with many food to choose from, though the overall taste can be slightly improved. Huge & spacious deluxe room, really clean and comfortable with a big balcony to chill, just that the TV reception can be better. Overall a wonderful experience, comparable to expensive villa resorts. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Casa Del Rio Melaka. The breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room gives a homey ambiance. Its proximity to Jonker street where you can buy from different shops is an added factor.

Welcome reception was warm and hospitable. Room was clean and comfortable and the balcony opens to a wonderful river view. The breakfast spread was delightful and the Teh Tarik was really good. The front desk was kind to grant us a slightly later check out so we could do some last minute shopping at the nearby Jonker street. Good experience, likely to come back again in future.
