This is first time i visit this hotel,once i come the staff at the main door Ammar greetings us and help me to get the parking in front of the hotel,really appreciate it ! Upon check in with staff name hazwani i ask for best room because i want to celebrate anniversary, she inform her manager Nor Maizatul come and give me upgrade without any charges! What a lovely services ! Definitely will come again when I'm in Malacca !!!

One of the best hotel in Melaka after done renovation .Beautiful lobby design .Room is super clean with nice decoration. Staffs are friendly and service is excellent .The most important is value for money .I will definitely make this hotel my first choice to stay whenever I’m in Melaka for business or leisure.

This is a must-stay hotel when you are in malacca! The location is excellent, the exterior design of the hotel is really eye-catching. A nice instagramable spot I would say especially the swimming pool area :). The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Good spread of breakfast and most importantly they were delicious. What more I can say, it's highly recommended ☺️

The rooms are cosy, comfortable, nice choice of colours. Services are good and very welcoming. The ramadan room package is great and accomodating. a lot of choice of buffet for Iftar, Sahur and moreh. but we were so full for Moreh and didnt take it. They have prayers hall for in house terawih.

The room was clean, cosy and value for money. The hotel staff were extremely friendly. There was a wide spread for breakfast which both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. The booking process,check in and check out process were also extremely efficient. It was truly an unforgettable stay and I will not hesitate to return to this hotel again when I visit Malacca. Undeniably, I will recommend my friends to visit this hotel. Thank you to the hotel management and staff for the warm hospitality.

Overall good , staff were very nicee and the food is tiptop . And for the room is really incredible and its very clean , the surrounding of the room quite modern antique. Bathroom were great . Good location by walking distance to jonker walk , there’s alot of choices food shop around hangtuah but sill prefer to eat in lacrista becuz it has room service soo convenient . Like an exclusive hotel, the lobby is very beautiful and the staff is very good because they treated and greeted us very warmly and nicely by Ms. Natasya and Mr. Fauzi gave us parking in front of the hotel which made it easy for us as a family. The room is really nice and interesting view to see the historical city of Melaka. Breakfast is also served with a variety of delicious food and good f&b service.Very satisfied for all who want to stay at LaCrista Hotel Melaka.
