Not bad
Stayed here for 3 nights. Pros: It's near AEON and Lotus. Rooms are overall clean, staff are helpful. Special thanks to Azad. Cons: On our second night there was some pest in our room but the staff were quick to respond. The room can be quite noisy.

Great stay clean room
Looks like new hotel, valuable money, staff was friendly and helpful. No lift but they have room at ground floor (can request if has difficulty to walk up) only 1 floor up. Easy access to many restaurants / AEON / LOTUS, Roti canai arang etc. Free parking. Not busy area. Great location!!
