Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
After covid, we felt that we really wanted a place really private yet near to town. Knocknock fulfilled all these criterias and with modern toilet, we were assured of the hygiene as well. Knocknock was simply very convenient and the location was really a plus, we could go to Jonker easily and also access the cheap minimart nearby.

We stayed at Knocknock Home for few days based on recommendation from some friends. Indeed, it has an interesting interior based on a central court-yard from the high airwell, which promotes natural ventilation. This kept the interior cool and this was great for us as it was quite hot weather in Melaka. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and found the design very interesting and eco-friendly. Will definitely come back again.

I had a wanderful trip during my last visit to Melaka dated Feb 2020 , we book knock knock Home for our lodging . The JamesBond decoration makes feel i am back to 60s , it really attracted my attention . I love the decoration . I love the greenary and the comfort . Located in the central of Melaka , give us convinient to explore Melaka . With the greenary garden i can sit there for hours to read my favourite story book . Take a nap if i dont feel like going out . Feel like i am at home . So much freedom . It s so spaces , so relaxing . I always wish that i can stay there longer . Too bad i have to back to the real world , time fly fast when you are enjoy , i need to back to work . I really enjoy when i stay at knock knock home . If i could I will definately go back Melaka as and when i can and i have he time and will stay at Knock Knock home . I will encourage family or Company who organise a trip to go melaka , have your accomodation at Knock Knock home , it makes you feel like at home . I can guarantee you . Besides that , there is nice Malay Food near By , the Nasi Lemak is yummy ... so when you plan to Melaka , look for Knock Knock Home as your accomodation , you will no regret ... Yes !!

Staying at knocknock is really like staying at own home. The rooms ate so spacious and really enjoy the 70s james bond atmosphere - really unique. The rates are affordable, considering there are 10 of us and we pay less than the normal hotel rate yet the enjoy the total privacy. Free coffee, tea. We also like the airwell, so special, as normally can ne found in traditional old houses. Huge recommendation for knocknock!

Knocknock home is our 1st choice every time we come to Melaka for vacation, The room is clean, the environment is cosy and the host is friendly. The location is great as it is walking distance to Jonker streets and the local restaurant like famous Pak Putra. We love to go there with or friends to get away from Singapore. The chilled, cozy and natural environment is something very unique. We love Knocknock home and love to come again!

Location is within walking distance to attraction areas and historical sites like A Famosa. The house is spacious with 2 side entrances. Love the private green balcony and pantry/sitting area, overseeing Casa del Rio.

The first impression of the house was seeing greenery that made one felt peace. The decoration of the house are unique. The rooms are well separated that create privacy. The open concept kitchen is just nice for 6 of us to have snacks and chatting. Walking distance to tourist attraction and Jonker Street. I highly recommended for the booking of stay.

This home just fits perfectly for family, colleague or even with friends i guess. In our case, we stay here with our colleague during company trip. Thank you so much host for the great services and This is one of the best homestay i have ever been. I just love the ID so much and this is just my type (i guess all my colleague too as they couldn't stop giving great review during their stay) The host take care of us and answer all the queries politely as we have a bit problem connecting the tv to phone but everything went well. We asked for bbq equipment and they event prepare them for us. Can u believe how nice they are?! Thank you so much and im for sure gonna stay here again someday.

Stay at Knocknock Home, TripAdvisor's travellers choice for 2019 with few friends .I enjoyed the unique architecture and quiet comfortable surroundings, yet only 3 min walk to Jonker. It is very convenient and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rates are very affordable, really value for money! Can’t wait to book another stay at Knock Knock
