This is a funny hotel, there is a sign show that cannot smoking in room but that is full of smoking smell when I enter my room ,for 4 nights the smell still strong. They didn't change bed sheet at all as I found a bits of food (some vegetables with sauce) on the bedsheets that cover by the bed runner. I request to change to new room but they just allow to change bedsheets for, me. OK it's fine, the hot water in bathroom will auto turn to cold water after shower for 5 mins and have to wait for 10 mins for the hot water back. I have to take half an hour just for shower. The hair dryer was the same, it cannot be function after use just for 1 min!!!! The receptionist told me that it will auto turn off when it is too hot, halo? I stay a lot of hotel but I never get a hair dryer that will auto turn off after 1 min!!!! If 10mins still acceptable !!! Won't visit this hotel again, ady get my very unforgettable experience!

I got room at floor 1. Nice room just big enough for one person. Very clean. Very bear to Mahkota and Palawan Shopping Mall. There's a night market every Saturday night. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Allowed for early check in. Water pressure is very slow, especially at night around 7-8pm. Highlighted to front desk and was told that his is 'peak' hour, many guests using water

i stayed here with my family.hotel is so much at the most convenient area.near to Taming Sri Tower and also easy access to Bandar Hilir,A famosa to my suprise. You may take Grab for travelling.its very convenient. So far room & environment was v clean & comfy.i.would recommend ppl to check tz hotel once.u will like it. Hotel staffs especially the malay ladies at the front desk has been very very very friendly & polite.initially 1 of them was serious but upon chit chatting with her, she was friendly.appearance was fierce at first 😂😂😂 Well Venus Boutique Hotel MGMT PLZ ENSURE YOUR staff r all well trained to alwz kp smiling at guests even it can be peak seasons & busy schedules.i understand as DEC is the most busiest holiday season & ur ppl r v busy to accomodate every guests but train them to kp smiling in pressure.tz will attract more guests to ur hotel. Few things need to highlight.upon entering my room on 2nd flr we noticed that the room was slightly dirty.called reception & they quickly sent cleaner(a bangladeshi man.v friendly cleaner) he cleaned up the mess. MY ADVISE IS PLZ PROVIDE VACUMN TO UR CLEANERS COZ BY MOPPING THE FLOOR ITSELF WONT CLEAR THE DIRT.it was helpful of him to try his best to clean but just mop wont solve it. sharing pics with u guys so ul be aware on improvents. MGMT, just for money dont get carried away.you guys r doing v good job.the hotel & surrounding is perfect but keep eagle eyes on cleanliness & hygiene.I noticed the water dispenser machines provided on each floor near lift is also bit dirty.plz get that cleaned. Maintain the cleanliness & ur business will bloom lk flowers. you guys r doing a very good job but kp it clean.its not difficult taks just provide vacumn to cleaners and that will do wonders. Overall the washroom was v clean & dry when i checked in.take my advise and look into this serious.kp it clean. i understand its not easy to cope wh every guests as we r all dfrent.some messess up things badly that cleaners tk ages to clean & some upon check out will ensure they leave the room as neat as it was. However from business perspective its ur responsibility and duty to continue ensuring a high level of cleanliness & hygiene. Dont get my msg wrong but do ponder on it.put urself in guests shoes and ul get the idea.
