Place is quite run down…very quite at night and dark too…we were given Wing 5 or 6 @ Hibiscus and seemed like we’re the only family in that Block.. We’re a family of 6.. There were 2 rooms .. 1 with a queen size bed and another room with a queen size bed + super single pullout.. Everything is working fine in the rooms.. Beds were comfortable…water heater and aircon are working…a small fridge is provided as well… No place to cook… One of the room has a balcony overlooking the open area where u can catch the sunset… Theres a water filter but the hot water can be super hot and room temp.is warm… Coffees are given as complimentary but no toiletries provided … Wifi working well …. Lots of channel of the Live TV Overall a pleasant stay

We stayed for 2 nights, an apartment with 1 room, fully air-cond and well maintained was nice, neat and clean. The hotel was closed but the pool and gym was available for use. The place is near to many tourist attractions and eatery. However, during our last night stay, we were annoyed by neighbour, making so much noise, karaoke late at night until 6 in the morning.

I stay with my family for 1 day becouse of the location near to the famous shopping mall in Melaka... The apartment got 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom... It very big and spacious but very smelly and it like to be back to the future... Many thing was out dated and old fashioned looked back at '90s... We walked so far away to the main gate to go to shopping mall becouse of the small gate beside was locked... Very disappointed with the management... This is the first and the last... I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again... Thank you...

It has seen better days when the shopping centre across the road was newly built. It was then by the sea side prior to further reclamation. Now, at least for a two bedroom flat we stayed, everything from its heyday is still the same furnishings wise. After so long, despite new paint and aircond units, things don’t work as well. Low water pressure, leaky waste pipe (where else would the smell in the bathroom come from?), off-rail sliding wardrobe door, slippery door knob, tight door. It comes with a no-cooking allowed kitchenette but they don’t even provide cutlery, crockery or microwave. The balcony to the sea view is locked (to prevent accidents). There is no iron instead one has to go to the ironing centre. Location: it is not surrounded by street amenities shops as you would find in many hotels. It is by a main 3-lane highway that separates it and the mall across. In that sense it is not as convenient. One thing worthy of mention; this hotel and the Holiday Inn tower next door enjoys booming thumping deafening disco beat music from a night club that operates until the wee hours. If it can be faintly heard (its a nuisance nonetheless) from windows tightly shut from our block, I cant imagine what its like from the nearer blocks. When we stayed at the Holiday Inn some time back, even shifting to a higher floor did not help as the constant bass-beats could still be heard from the pillows. A bloody nuisance.

Attended a reunion convention here for 3 nights. As a conference facility I think it's excellent. The auditorium and rooms were great. The biggest highlight was the food! Amazing array and buffet selection at every meal. The rooms were large, but somewhat basic and very dated. Bathroom in particular needs renovation. Internet connection was a bit slow but probably because there were hundreds of people using it at the same time. Location was good - walking distance to Mahkota Parade and shops. In terms of personal travel, I probably wouldn't choose this hotel for a holiday - there are much better hotels and resorts in Melaka.

For a RM456 1 night stay it is the most horrible experience stay i have ever lodge for the night. Isolated Block 8, Room was dirty and dusty, Balcony was full Bird droppings and dead bugs. Water pressure was extremely low, no soap or shampoo, Television is still using the BOX type. Living room wall was stained. Toilet hand spray is without the head and hang to a Rusty nail. No cutlery is provided. Rooms smell horribly. Phones not working. Door access card intermittently not working. For all those family or couple, i do not recommend to stay here. Unless you don't mind the feeling of BATES motel. Please avoid this hotel. For a Rm456 per night.. my totally thumbs down.

Supposed to stay for 4 nights. After the 1 night stay, we decided to move to other hotel. The 2 rooms apartment is horribly run down. The carpet is smelly, paint and wood structure peeled off. The bathroom has mold at every corner and crack everywhere. The water pressure is pathetically low. The TV is the old type with bad signal. Room without WiFi connection. The towel is thin. The furniture is 80s. No aircon in living room, the fan speed cannot be adjusted and the fan blasé has thick dust. The blanket is very thin. The balcony has wild plant growing. The room is not clean yet when we check in around 4pm. This type of hotel/ apartment/ room should not be in operation mode unless they do a major renovation. Is a disgrace to the country if we offer this type of room to foreign visitors..

At first our room was nice and comfortable, but there helped me. The disadvantage is that the hot water does not turn on for 2 days (room number 9208), has been complained to the front desk (receptionist) many times but no attention or action is taken, when the third day is handled by the manager, then it is changed to the junior suite room (number 9412) and finally the problem is solved properly. The receptionist service should quickly replace a better room or upgrade the room and immediately report to the relevant department, so there is no need for a manager to intervene to solve the problem. Thank you very much to the manager who helped me so well. The hotel is very close to shopping areas, for example at Mahkota Parade, Dataran Pahlawan, Jonker Street, and others.
