We stayed in a family suite with our 2 small children just for one night while breaking the journey from Singapore to KL. The room was spacious with a big shower and everything was newly renovated. The staff were really helpful, nothing was too much, they helped us with our luggage, stored out valuables at reception while waiting for the room to be ready. Shirleen gave wonderful lunch recommendations - food at Lwees was the best I've had since arriving in SE Asia. Excellent location, just 5 minutes from Jonkers Walk and the night market. Highly recommend!

I have been to Malacca on countless visit. Tried a lot of hotel in the neighbourhood as well. Safe to say, its prolly the best by far. To experience Malacca, this is the place. Located less than 5 minutes from Jonker street and the river. Room was spacious, cleverly design, incorporating the Peranakan culture. We were presented with 2 tokens upon checkin to redeem anything (coffee, tea, juices) at any point during the stay either at the lobby cafe or the rooftop where the suntanning pool was. At night there was a movie screening starting from 7.30pm onwards at the courtyard. Staff were friendly, always offered to help. There was also free parking, accessible via back entrance with an access card.

This Baba House hotel provided an incredible stay experience while my family and I were in Malacca. Their receptions are kind enough to provide you with all the tips for staying in Malacca. This hotel is minutes from the most famous place, Jonker Street, where you can have authentic food, souvenirs and an exceptional experience. You could book the room based on your choice: quiet (away from the main street) or party (face to the main street). The room is clean. Believe me; it is the style you will love. The breakfast provided by the hotel is fantastic! You can have the local style Nyonya food or a typical western breakfast. I really want to thank the hotel PR *Shirleen* for her friendly treatment. She will provide you with all the info you want to know about Malacca. Though I just returned from Malacca, I look forward to staying in Baba House again soon.

Wonderful hotel; very beautiful on the inside and lots of nice small museums and cafes surrounding to visit. The breakfast was great (quite popular so make sure you get there on time so you can grab a table)! The staff were very friendly and I hope to return so we can play golf!

Good service, good location, we expected swimming pools but are just small public feet washing pool. The rooms are quite small also but its consider a luxury hotel and we had a comfortable experience staying here. The buffet breakfast here is worth as the food are nice and full filling, there is parking lots for us as well but it is limited so if it’s full then you don’t get it. Overall is a really good hotel
