Pros
Cheap price and good location
(Even in the late nite you can get food staller nearby)
Cons
The bed was to thin so its to shacky when you sleep over it
The bathroom I can say awfull,, its slippery and wet, the door can't be closed properly
The breakfast time is surely late at 8.30.. ohhh come on..
My suggestion if you bring your family dont sleep here..
But if you are a solo traveler maube this hostel can be your choise
Negatives - the toilet/shower was vile! During my stay there was never any toilet roll (which was reported, not a major issue as I had tissue) and because the toilet and shower were together it had a constant smell of urine so had to shower really quick. Extremely noisey inside the hostel.
The lady ?owner is expatriate and was able to give me advice about clinics, using grab etc.
They have put a lot of work into making the common area nice with tasteful Japanese themed decor, quality coffee, a range of seating options, good wifi.
One plus point is that once you are in the room, they close the online booking so you can stay as long as you want and pay daily. Most places in Malacca will sell your room and ask you to leave. Also, there are long stay rates posted at reception and no tourist tax or dual pricing nonsense, everyone pays the same, regardless of race or religion.
Overall this is a good choice. Thanks for my stay Harry and Maya; see you soon.
Staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Besides that, they also have a lot of info for you about sights and food in the area.
Very good value for your money.
Always here for you, highly highly recommended
Bedroom isn't really bad. I get a queen bed size with the window.
If you need a hostel which near from the city object, you can choose this one. But if you need a comfortable hostel, don't stay in here.
