Located in the heart of Kota Laksamana, this pink and purple hotel façade stands out from the rest of the building. It's actually a budget hotel with small rooms and no lift unlike Regalo hotel (read my review). What makes up for the poor amenities is the vincity of shops like restaurant and hairdressing shops, Sumsung service centre etc. Overall experience is pleasant stay

Stayed in a queen room on first floor. Room is very small but room is still new. Could hear phones ringing from reception and people walking to and fro from their rooms. Hotel is about 5min taxi ride from Malacca central and 15-20min walk from Jonker Street. Having said that, this hotel is very near to a few cafes which has very nice desserts and also a Kopitiam which serves very good hawker food at affordable prices.

Pros
Just 5 min to jonker street by grab,
Lot of restaurants and convenience store around, helpful staff, toileteries, good wifi & aircon, neat & clean room

Cons:
No elevator but i got a room on first floor so not a problem, no coffee but restaurant just across the hotel so no problem.

I would like to stay in this hotel again.

Room was quite small and a bit lack of maintenance but overall everything else was fine, would rate 7/10. Located quite near to pantai klebang where u can enjoy coconut shake😋, roughly 10minutes drive. Also near to jonker street, only 5 minutes away.

Hotel is in the new area of Kota Laksamana and it's a budgeted one. Although it doesn't look impressive, rooms are clean. Took family room and a deluxe room during the weekend. Family room comes with two bathrooms which are plus points.
Both rooms don't have windows

Overall, it's a good budget hotel

It's a budget hotel but the room is nice and it's a strategic place. It fully utilize the size of the room but the overall environment is clean. The hotel staff is kind and friendly so do not hesitate to ask for their help. You can have parking lots if you are driving here. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Jonker Street and it's easy to accessible to other famous places. However, be aware that the air-conditioner may not be cold enough during day time.

Even is a budget hotel but they really maximise the room space and design like Ikea fitting. The room and toilet is very clean. The shower water pressure is greater than my home. I likes it very much. The air con is very cold. But too bad the room do not have kettle. It very convinence for family with small baby if the want make milk in the midnight. I hope the hotel will take consideration into this issue. They provide 2towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo.

My first time 3 days 2 nights to stay in star moon hotel was great experience and easy parking, go where also nearer, clean and friendly staff. But the worst thing were mosquito a lot, until the second night when i woke up i felt my legs getting itchy and even now i back to KL my legs and hands all pop up bite by mosquito. I think need long time to recover my hands and legs. I saw bed was clean but look details also a bit dirty not sure was the towels problem because i used it on second night since my own towel very wet so i used their towel. Other than this was fine, but will not back to here again for next time trip.
