WORST HOTEL EVER STAYED. Paid RM360 (including tax) for a deluxe family room for 4 pax . 1. The room only gave 2 towels. When I called to request for another 2 towels, they told me it's chargeable at RM10/towels. 2. BEDROOM: ❌️ bed sheets have blood stain. ❌️pillows and entire bedroom were dusty. ❌️ phone was diry, dusty and has missing buttons. ❌️ curtain was dusty and dirty. 2. BATHROOM: ❌️ Bidet leaking and rusty. ❌️ no soap holder at shower area.❌️ sink tap is moulded , rusty and dirty.❌️ tap water was yellowish.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. First on Nov 2021, room ok. But this time we got very smelly room. Bad experience when check in. I request Agoda no phone to check my booking, but the staff ask me to google by myself. I told them usually hotel have agoda number. Only when I ask another staff, he gave to me. The first staff seem lazy to check.

The stall concept for drive thru very convenience and price cheapest in town...for a chicken rice RM5.00 & lamb Chop RM8.00 and tasted Good also the portion is big....waiting time is less 10 minutes...for a local people muat try a dessert durian goreng...RM5 for 3 pcs and tasted superb...durian goreng crispy and its melted in your mouth...

I have booked the hotel through booking.com with the best rate RM38 per room per night and i made a special request non-smoking and clean room. However, i'm very disappointed the room given in bad conditions as you can see the pictures attached. The kettle was dirty, the faucet broken, the toilet door broken, the bathroom sliding door broken, the floor is run down, the door hook is missing, the room smell of cigarettes smoke. And when complaint to the reception about the smoke odor he answered me we can only help you to get rid the smell by spray the air-freshner. I am shocked!! I thought he gonna say will change you the room but nothing. Even when i check-in the reception wasn't friendly enough. So i rate this hotel 1*....not recommended for tourist or those particular person....Last but not least i am quiet shocked to see the plate with rotten food left outside the walkway next to my colleague room. Disgusting!!!…

Good points - strong air-con, good mattress, water dispenser is functioning and convenient Bad points - heater for shower is not hot enough, pillows are stained & smelly, the workers are smoking and causing the whole floor smelly.

I being here for short staycation with my mum, sister and brother . Book family room and room basically spacious enough to accomadate 4 of us. We have pleasant experience during check in and HSKP did assist us with an additional bedsheet and prayer mat. I can’t complaint more as the room was spacious enough with the amount money we spend. Good: Spacious family room with sofa can turn to sofa bed. Breakfast just nice and worth for the value. Housekeeping is efficient enough to full fill our request. Room for improvement 1.little little thing can be improve by having good eye of the details by Housekeeping and Maintenance . 2.Lift require some maintenance as is too quick to close and no sensor and can be dangerous to young kid. 3.Reception to be more friendly , open departure the female reception was so cold and never ask either I would like to have my bill or not. I have to ask and wait for around 6-10mins. 4. Too basic amenities. Not a friendly front desk staff. Telephone not working. Breakfast menu poor. Internet wifi always got the problem line Toilet not clean When ask the staff to clean the room, they dont change the bedsheet. i stayed at the junior suite on the upper floor. the room is big and clean but the windows are tinted so that the room is dark and not bright during day time. there is extra single bed provided at one corner of the room and two comfy sofas too

The room is very spacious, come with mini fridge and jug kettle. However, it looks a bit old although it seems some refurbishment was done. The temperature of the airconditioning cannot be controlled, hence either you have to off it or sleep in freezing cold condition. Good thing is there was ironing facilities and water dispenser available at the common area.Ample of parking space behind the hotel building. No shop around the hotel and you will need car/grab to move around.
