I booked through Agoda for this hotel and for deluxe bed instead of twin bed but I didn’t notice it. Do I put a remark there to request for twin bed but on a day upon check in, I received an email from the hotel and told that the twin bed is not available. So I call up the hotel for help and solution. After their customer service reception listen to my reason for a twin bed, they try to arrange and lastly managed to shift the room for me to another type without any chargers. Thank you very much for their understanding especially the reception service whom I spoke to but I forgotten her name. I wish to give a credit for this. I will definitely stay here again and it’s always my choice of Hotel whenever I’m in Melaka. Cheers
I have always find Terra Nova value for money. The room is clean, sufficiently big, air conditioning works, bathroom drainage working and a firm mattress. The only problem there is a lot of mainland Chinese tourist that stays as well. They will talk loudly in the corridor in the early hours of the morning. No consideration at all for others.
nearby town (bandar hilir)..easy access to pantai klebang & nearest attraction place such like malls, restaurants & encore melaka..on night time you may go hang out at pantai klebang..which is got foodtruck & night market as well
The hotel workers are very nice and friendly. The bedroom overall is satisfied. Will be staying here when we visit Malacca again and will recommend to our friends too. The price overall is ok, acceptable

Contact the reception, who in turned contact the doorman, and in the end contacted the maintenance guy, and all in, my wife was locked in the toilet for almost an hour !! The lock eventually was smashed into pieces before the door can be opened! (Good lock though) Needless to say, they changed for us another room and thankfully, it was uneventful :) Not a bad hotel, in fact, not our first time there, and will be there in the future too, but does leave my wife a phobia and she dare not lock the door even after changing room. (just imagine if she's alone in the…
