I checked in at your hotel today. The receptionist wasnt available at the front desk. She was munching pumpkin seeds with other staffs at your cafe and i have to wait for her to appear behind the front desk. I decided to get an extra access key and i was requested to pay a deposit for the 2nd access key..No surprise. But i was surprised when I requested the receptionist to hand over the 2nd access key to my wife who's coming later, the receptionist requested me to tell my wife to collect the card in your drop box. Isnt a dropbox is for you to drop your key/card when leaving the building rather than to access your room card??? Talk about security measures and your receptionist is not available all the time at the front desk... I was assigned to room 334. The first 30 seconds impression towards the room has gone out from your hotel room balcony. The floor was dirty. The phone has a pulse but cannot dial out. The room was served with 2 towels and 1 floor towel. I had to get down to the receptionist to request for extra towel. I requested for 2 towels. The receptionist "defended" that my room were provided with 3 towels and she can only provide 1 towel. Yes, 3 towels if you count the floor towel for me to wipe my face with...Btw, your housekeeping is not available after 8pm. Wow! I request for a room change. My request has been denied! And there's many rooms vacant at this moment as number of parked vehicles by hotel guests can be counted using only with one hand. Earlier i even request for dining spoon. But i was told that it is NOT the hotel policy to provide me with any spoon to be used at my room. With all the complaints above, i ask you, is this your hotel policy and giving an excellent hotel experience for your hotel guests? You guys are behaving like a budget hotel with 3 star hotel rate. I had the thought of extending my stay here at first. Now i can't wait to check out first thing in the morning. And my stay here is not provided with free breakfast. And there's no food provided as well at your hotel. I wish you well with hotel ventures...

Stayed during the weekday and it seems we had the whole hotel to ourselves with only a few rooms being occupied partly due to Covid. Generally the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Room was a bit small. Most of the required facilities such as television, coffee maker, iron & ironing board. Air-con was in good condition but can be a bit noisy. My main complaint was the shower where the water heater takes sometime to heat up and often not hot enough. Also the sink was someone cloaked up and it took some time for the water to flow. All required amenities in the bathroom was equips including body shampoo and also toothbrush & toothpaste. No breakfast provided though, although it was not necessary as ample food available around the hotel area. Location wise, the hotel is in a good location to food stalls but a bit away from the tourist spots. Car park space is ample & parking is free. Overall a reasonable 3 star hotel.

Booked one hotel room but given the whole hotel building. No one stay in this hotel. No staff on duty during checkin at 6pm. Only security guard available. All TV channel has been disconnected/terminated. Bad wifi. Booked with breakfast but upon checkin security informed that no breakfast is served during movement control orders period. Dimmed lobby. I feel haunted. Central air conditioning has been shutdown to save cost. Rooms are installed with acond which is not conducive after 6hts turned on. Room and lobby are hot. Bad ventilation and smelly corridor. Check out to other hotel at 11pm the same night. Returning the keys to security guard during check out Did not bother offer any compensation after all the above troubles. Enclosed images of gloomy lobby and empty parking. Used to be one of the best in Malacca town but now is totally rundown ( to my opinion). Not accurate nor no updated reviews given on hotels.com web/app.

Four stars because the front desk staff were friendly, their breakfast were ok and some nice food court or restaurant were easy to find around. Located closed to an 24 hour KFC and a food court were really helpfull at night time.

I came with a big group. We were given all the best facilities and food up to good standard like in Kuala Lumpur and even Singapore. For me I am satisfied with the room and bathroom. These days we must use our own SIM card. No need to complain about the Internet. The hotel is decorated for Christmas. And there was another big group in the hotel too.The Hotel is opposite HSBC bank. All the staff are clever and good in manners. The swimming pool is important and good in standard.Anyone can choose this hotel safely.

Booked a room with this hotel, as don't want to stay in the middle of the city due to celebrations, which anticipate to be traffic congested. Check in is pretty standard, and a little faster. Maybe due to more experience staff. Staff is friendly and helpful. The assigned room is big, where there is a queen size bed and a single bed. There is ironing board and iron stored in the cupboard, with a safe deposit box. The shower stall with curtain area is very big, water pressure is good enough (both hot and cold). However, the toilet bowl and the wash basin area is very narrow. The wash basin has hot and cold water too. Ample walk space around the room.but the bed side near to the wall is narrow. The bed is comfortable. The internet connection is somewhat intermittent and slow, and need to login via the login webpage rather than just keying in the password when chosen the correct internet network. Walked around the hotel grounds, which is very well designed landscape. Very ample space at the hotel entrance, parking space aplenty, but no shade. There are 2 EV charging station. The coffee house is at the ground floor, and the business centre as well. There is a Chinese restaurant on the M1 floor, meeting rooms, as well as the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open air and has very nice view. The grand ballroom and function rooms are on the 1st floor, whilst the gym and bar/lounge is on the 2nd floor. The very next morning, the assigned room's air-conditioning were leaking water and the floor at the room entrance was totally wet. Reported at the front desk and the front desk staff called the maintenance man to inspect. Upon inspection, confirm and called the front desk to move to another room. Have to wait until 12 noon in order to move to another assigned room, where need to wait for about an hour. Waited for almost 2 hours and no call on the new assigned room. Went down to the front desk and was given the new room key. Was being upgraded to a room with balcony which is located on the 3rd floor. Moving was done without hotel staff help. The new room is just the same as before, except that there is a balcony. But the sliding door to the balcony cannot be locked. Soundproofing isn't that good and people who are talking outside can be heard inside the room and maybe vice versa, as when walk past a room, the TV was on and can hear very clearly of the sound from the TV. TV channels are limited. Nearby the hotel there is a food court and a little further there is a food stall row nearby a commercial building and some restaurants too. Service need to be improved to maintain the image of the hotel's services

Overall stayed satisfaction 8/10. Staffs were friendly. Front desk Management guys greeted with smiles. Hotel basically we booked premium suites with balcony (1queen&1single). Cleanliness is excellent. Bathtub water was clean. Bed was good. Only thing is the hotel room need to have proper window for shower area. As it is quite visible during night time when we have to on the lights (guest showering opposite can see their shapes). For swimming pool area, it was 4/5. No dirts in the pool. During night, for non-swimmer i suggest not to sit at the those waiting area for long as there mosquito. Coming by own transports is advisable.
