All the major attractions are within 2-10 mins walk from here which was the only reason we made our booking here. The Aircon in the room was horrible and took hours to cool the room. Room was of decent size with amenities like a small refrigerator, kettle and dryer. The towels provided were old and one was even torn. Large and clean lobbies. Be careful of the elevator door especially with kids. It closes very fast just after one person enters, so you need keep holding the button. The breakfast had very limited options. Though the staff serving at the breakfast area was helpful and courteous.

We book 2 Superior room. Once check in, Well its a budget Hotel, cant Expect so much. Decent bed, flat pillow and TV that no NEED not to watch. Settle down, cool ourself and the Aircon was not cold enough. Shockingly. 1 of our room there is a guest try to come in..!! Luckly we have the latch lock. Like wow..!! The hotel does not keep a record which guest check in and gave a room key of ours to check in. We have to declare ourself that we just check in to the hotel. Not a professional service i give that. Area of shopping walking distance to Jonker street, night market jonker as well. At night was not pleasant sleep,as the trishaw cycle blast the music, even throught the midnight, room was not sound proof. As may hear clearly ppl talking along the corridor, talking in the room. Hotel was not fully aircon, prepare to get sweat alot... Next day we venture out, 1/2 day return back hotel,we unable to get in our room. Have to rundown the counter get the counter to fix the card. Overall if your looking for a place just to stay. Really dont concern the service and pleasant sleep. May try to stay this hotel. Really a rundown hotel, despite 3 star.

The best thing about this hotel is its location especially if you're a tourist because it is right in the middle of the historical places you want to visit. It is just 5 mins walking distance from Stadthuys, the river and Jonker Walk. The water pressure for the shower could be better. Front desk people could be a bit more lively, friendly and speak clearly over the phone and face-to-face.

Very strategic location in the heart of Banda Hilir. 5 mins walking distance to Jonker Street & the river. Hotel is clean & well-maintained. Recommend family room as it is worth it. We will stay here everytime we come to Malacca.

We called in for a drink but there is also an extensive menu for food. You are looked after by a very good team. Well worth calling in for something to eat or drink if you are in the area. There is a good selection from the bar and food menu.

Big family room with affordable price . 2 Q bed with 1 single bed ehough for a big family like mine. Walking distance to Jonker Walks, Hard Rock Cafe and Dataran Pahlawan. Bamboo Hut restaurant is just down the hotel. Walking distance to all the Historic Monument. You can sightseeing by renting a bicycle, tricycle or trishaw . Happening location and night.

Booking 4th - 6th Aug 2018. Stayed overnight only on 4th Aug and rebooked another boutique hotel nearby. We booked the hotel based on the reviews but honestly it was nothing like the pictures or reviews stated in Agoda. During check in, the two staffs who served us was polite & friendly. But our rude shock came when we arrived at the door of the room which is to be opened with a key. Flimsy and hard to open. Room smelled so bad & stale, as if it has not been aired nor stayed in for a long long time. Aircon was not cooling & smell just as bad. Safebox - Spoilt. Bathroom - Dirty with hairs in bathtub, yellowish stains on toilet seat. Greenish growth on shower head. Bed - Dirty with hairs & reddish stains on sheets & pillow cover. Pillows was flat & hard. Tv - Small with local channels placed far away from bed. Main door - Broken at the bottom & looked very unsafe. Table & Side tables were dusty, like never cleaned. There was no hot water from the water heater and during shower, there was a total of 3 blackouts that occured. Pretty unsettling, we dont feel comfortable nor safe to stay another night, in fact our holiday mood was almost ruined. Cafe was also dirty & table were dusty. We even had a lizard running across our chair & almost into our bag. Thankfully we managed to booked a nearby boutique hotel, which was so much cleaner, with professional staffs at the front desk & we had a safety card to access back to the hotel after 11pm. We truly have a very rude shock in Aldy & will never recommend to anyone. Very disgusted at the rundown condition & the strange blackouts that occurred has us freaking out.

Room is OK as per what you paid. We requested highest floor (3rd floor) it can be noisy at time (due to loud music from the moving Beca; Trishaw). This hotel provides parking space (no roof) - in front and beside hotel. Don't worry about the safety as the police station is just beside the hotel. Breakfast came with the room package but was not that great. No buffet, we selected Big Breakfast (worth rm18) only offers 1 normal size sausage, a slice of salad, tomato and cucumber (only a slice...really?), baked beans, 2 toasts, sunny side up/ scramble eggs, 1 hasbrown, butter & jam..and selection of drink Tea or Coffee. But anyways it is 3 star hotel so don't expect more. We love the roof top view which we are not sure why they close the section? Room is well located, walking distance to Jonker and A Famosa.
