Room is bigger and nice view facing to the river. the room is nice just the toilet a bit smelly if the staff clean properly is better then the toilet will look good. the staff can improve for the cleaning. the staff at receptionist friendly always show your smile. we will ome back stay again at your hotel.

it's a fairly generic hotel, no character, but really it's fine, good location on the river. Staff were nice and helpful. AC was very good, bathroom was large and clean, the rooms were clean. Does the job, just not much character to it.

If your on a budget this is a good choice. The hotel is located well for exploring the city. The facilities are ok for a budget hotel.Keep in mind this is a basic hotel with minimal amenities and services.

We’d rather sleep on a park bench. Filthy room and sheets. We checked in and checked out within ten minutes. Dirty and smoky room with no ventilation. Staff were totally disinterested and unhelpful on check in

Only stayed one night , lovely clean large room , excellent location on the river , a lovely walk up into the centre for all the restaurants , shops and stalls , didn eat at the hotel , would definitely stay here again

I stayed in this hotel for a few times. It was not that bad. But during my visit to Malacca in May 2019, which was 3 days 2 nights stay, I didn't expect it turned out to be the worst. First of all, the room latch lock was broken. Then, the TV was not working for 3 days. Apparently they didn't clean the room thoroughly. There were lots of things left under the bed and the dust was so much. The worst part was the noise outside the room was so loud. I couldn't sleep the whole night because of the people next door singing and shouting throughout the night. My two kids couldn't sleep well. I called to reception to complain but no action was taken. So that would be my last stay. Never return to this hotel again.

Family room facing the river so view was ok. although the river is quite smelly, you’ll get used to the smell after awhile. We go two rooms with 1 toilet. Each room has their own aircond vent which is good. But cockroach carcasses everywhere. Counter service very poor.

* Location : takes about 10 min by walk. Good view by the river. * Front Staff : Kind but dissatisfied. Good command of English * Room : just no frill(no refrigerator. No hair dryer. No razor) - Riverview room : not recommendable. Too small. Not connected with free Wi-fi network. - Normal one : check Wi-fi connection. * No Intra- hotel restaurant : there are a few good restaurants near this hotel. * Room clean-up service : must be asked at front desk. Generally speaking, this hotel may be so so hotel unless you expect higher standard or total amenities.

Very good location, walking distance to lot of places. Nice river view while sitting at balcony. Limited facilities, but with spacious room! Friendly and helpful front desk staffs. The only thing feel not comfortable is their fridge, dirty and found used straw and plastic bag inside. But overall, worth to stay.

I had a smooth check-in. The place is old however, the location is good. Most of the attractions are just within walking distance especially Jonker Walk. Plenty of cafes nearby and the best place to stay for the non-fussy traveller.
