My family and I booked the Family Suite which consists of 1 Queen size bed and 1 Single bed. Very basic air conditioned room with 2 arm chair ,1 flat screen TV (local programs & Astro Wah Lai Toi), kettle, mini fridge, and 2 bottles of mineral water. Bathroom is of standing shower. Bed was alright but the pillow was very hard. Wifi signal was quite strong. This hotel does not provide breakfast.

Stayed at this no frills hotel for a night and find it to be average. The best thing about this hotel is its nearby to a petrol station. Lobby looks good with a 4 feet salt water aquarium. Pillow is too firm but bed is ok. The only setback is the toilet sink which is too small and low as when you bend your head, you might hit the counter shelf. Slightly noisy when mosque with their morning prayers. M hotel comes with breakfast like nasi lermak which is also part of the public listed Moxian group. Please note of a vending machine that you can purchase corn flakes and chocolates

Very basic hotel. I wasn't happy with room walls, can literally hear snoring from next room. We had a very noisy neighbour, hardly slept well both nights.

The real look of the hotel and when compared with the photos on the websites are different. Don't expect much from this hotel. Might just be nice for those planning to be out all day and come back at night to sleep. The lighting in the room is quite poor n may seem like 'empty'.

New hotel in melaka.Room is clean,bathroom is spacious.Only set back was the material of the bed sheet and comforter was too thick.Did not got a good night sleep as the materials made us feel uncomfortable.Location is good,there was a short cut to Aeon bandaraya.

Situated near to bandar hilir. Basic facilities are provided. Ample car park. Clean room. Reasonable price.
However room breakfast provided.
The smell of the room can be much improvised. It smells like clorox the moment we entered.

I booked two rooms, 2 weeks ahead. Unfortunately,when I got there I was told that there has been some "error" on their part and the family deluxe is no longer available - this is after I received a call from the Hotel a few days before the scheduled stay, confirming the booking. Funny that the "error" occurred after that. We were then offered another room with an additional bed at no charge - rightfully so.
Apart from that, my friends and I had a comfortable stay. It's a rather new hotel and located about 10mins away from Jonker (not taking into account the insane traffic on a weekend!) It's clean and comfortable, despite being a basic room - no safety box, cupboard, fridge, and hair dryer is available upon request. Oh, free wifi available.
Ample of parking space available and there's a petrol station next to the Hotel (PETRON). It's also wheelchair-friendly as they provide a ramp and elevator.
I would say this is a good pick if you're looking for something affordable, comfortable and close to Jonker.

The hotel was quite new. The room was very clean and neat. The Hotel Room Wi-Fi was great that every floor have Wi-Fi Access Point. The Room Wi-Fi Signal was excellent in the room and in the Lobby. The Wi-Fi is quite fast that we are able to surf internet in the room. The Air-Conditioner is very cold and nice. This Hotel have security guard on duty at night. The Hotel doesn't have Windows as Mosque is opposite the Hotel.

The hotel provides very basic room and facilities. So, if you just need a place to stay over, this place might suitable for you. Air conditions is not working really well and there was sound which disturbed our sleep. You will need a car to access to tourist spot. Limited parking spaces. There is only one lift available and it is really slow so that you will need to wait quite a while to take lift. I believe there are other better hotels can be found at this price.

Good points:
Room cleanliness meet my expectation, spacious room. Stayed in deluxe queen, and noticed the bath room are bit too spacious me.
Short distance towards heritage area and nearest shopping mall (Aeon Bandaraya).
Some set back:
1. Room sound proof pretty poor as i able to hear people walking around the corridor at night, open and close the room door.
2. If you buy some stuff and like to keep in the fridge, do request extra key card to put into the electricity key slot as the fridge electricity will shut off when you leave the room. food / drinks that you keep inside the fridge no longer cold / chill.
3. Breakfast only start at 7.30am, set meal from 3 different choices.
