Room floor is sticky and room is not really a sound proof. As you can clearly heard your next door talk loudly, scream and do adult thing at 1 - 2am. And its very disturbing. First time stay at the hotel with no room dining services. Toilet smell bad. But check in and check out process very efficient and fast.

The information given in Booking.com is not accurate. The frontdesk staff said from hotel to Jonker street talks 30 minutes by walk but booking .com said 10 minutes and the supposed to be high floor but was not given a high floor unit. Negative: 1) The unit given was 19027, which the aircon temperature controller is spoilt, cannot set higher, fixed at 21.5 degree and the aircon is very noisy at night. Called operator and technician came but said temperature will increase slowly after setting and open the balcony door but temperature did not increase. We switched off the aircon to sleep because was very cold and noisy in the room. 2) Need to flush the bathroom water for at least 10 minutes before the water is warm for shower. 3) TV channels limited to mostly national local channels with a few extras. 4) Unit inside shows aging with wear and tear. 5) Complimentary car parking space is at 7-8 floor which is rather challenging spiral up, but there are many lots available and the lift takes up to the hotel room floor which is convenient Positive: 1) The room is clean and given full toiletries. 2) The staffs are friendly and helpful. 3) Breakfast is reasonable with variety and time open is sufficiently long from 7:00-1200noon. 4) Attached to a shopping Mall but the Mall is not fully open. …

Every day, without fail, my room was impeccably cleaned and tidied up to the highest standards. From neatly made beds to sparkling bathroom fixtures, every corner of the room received thorough attention. Easy to find. A few eateries nearby. Housekeeping does not clean the room except on the day you check in. Even the front desk lady acknowledged that and reminded me to inform them to wipe the tables if I want it to be clean. Imagine my shock. Stained chairs to carpets and bathtubs with a thick grim. We stayed in a confortable room with a balcony. Wehad a good rest and enjoyed a nice view. The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel is not brand new so maybe not everything was perfect but they fixed quickly whatever we asked for. Location is very good, there are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood and two large swimming pools on the 9th floor. I would not hesitate to book the same hotel again.
