We booked for two twin rooms but one of our room was dirty very disappointed. Also found out one of our room the bed sheet still dirty . I didn’t get any apology gesture from the hotel as they just pretend it is a normal things. As an experienced executive housekeeper I felt very shame where the maid who came to change the bed sheet didn’t wear shoes or mask very disappointing. Front office also need more training in customer service , no smile and not helpful when I went down to complaint . I will not go back to the hotel again as the photo is different than actual. Had a room with two single beds . It’s not a super single bed , so I feel the bed is too small and narrow . The beds in hatten hotel is far larger . Pillows here are also flat and small . Check in and out is slow , as they still use papers. Otherwise , room is clean and comfortable .

we stayed here for 2 nights on the way to Japan and absolutely love it. Breakfast is very tasty with lots off options in the buffet. Pools are really great. There is two pools. The kid pool even has a slide.

Bad customer service. You will not know your booking is actually confirmed or not. Booked through Accor website and received confirmation on my booking. However, when I was there, the hotel isn’t operating, there was no customer service inform me that the hotel is closed on my staying period. Ended up I have to place to stay in melaka on that day and I have to travel to another state for accommodation. Complaint this to Accor group, customer service from Accor group was helpful but unfortunately there were no response from Novotel melaka itself.

Location is good. Suppose to have blind curtain on the glass wall of bath room, but there is nothing in my room , it kind of disturbing once we on the bath room light. Surprising that when I informed front desk , they don't know the blind is not working in this room. Pillow and mattress too soft very uncomfortable,sleep less on the whole night. We won't stay again in this hotel.
