Try to avoid this hotel: 1. No social distancing practising in this hotel. Authority need to check. Hotel comprises of 300+ rooms. Hotel lobby very small. When the times to check in & check out, all guest need to squeeze themselves. No point having any foot marks . Hotel staff also never bother about this. 2. This includes breakfast time. Too many guest, no one controlled the crowd. No social distancing. Guest table arrange without any social distancing. Hotel just stress on wearing glove. End up guest dun care. 3. Bomba lift using for guest use. It's not supposed to be like that. Lift very small & slow. When peak time, need to wait a minimum of 15 to 20 mins to use the lift. If you are lucky.. 4. No service lift in this hotel. All staff also using the same lift with guest. Housekeeping staff smell badly - housekeeping staff with baby cot, F&B bringing room service food, bellman bring luggage trolley. Makes the situation more worst especially during peak hours. 5. Hotel parking very limited and narrow. Guest parked their car at all the drive way up & down without any concerned from the hotel mgmt. Not only that, guest can parked where they want too. No restriction on this. At one time infront of me, one hilux hit one car and just move on. Yea..he cannot moved his car as other guest parked their car at no designated car park. I believed 4 levels of car park, can only accommodate 150 lots (my guess) but hotel have 300+ rooms?? But lucky it's a free parking. 6. My bad experience at breakfast restaurant - I would like to buy additional breakfast coupon for the next day as on our first day we need to wait for the process and people are queuing behind us. And off course no social distancing. When approach the hostess/cashier - they informed me that no purchase can be done at the restaurant but only can be done at reception counter (FO). But rationally how they can sell coupon for the day there? What's the different?. When I go down to reception (FO) around 10pm, the receptionist said, they are not selling the coupon. Need to buy at the restaurant. I'm like stunt and mad at that time. Haiiihhh.. 7. Check out time - called reception at 11.30am for luggage down and bellman pick up around 11.45am. However, luggage only received by us 12.45pm. Need to wait at lobby drop off for 1 hour. (Like at airport luggage - funny!). Called the person in charge FO - and just give me excuse peak time..so cannot do anything. I just said that's not my problem! If I'm catching a flight/bus, I might missed them. Spoken to bellman once we received our luggage and he's admitting this problem happened everytime peak hours. And actually he's supporting my anger towards the FO person as they also got scold by other guest before this but mgmt did not do any other precautions steps. 8. Got cockroaches in bathroom. 9. Positive notes: Food good. Bellman guys nice! If you need further clarifications, called me at 0168423450. And i hope mgmt staff or even the GM can called me personally for an explanations. Im staying in room 1703.

Parking is inadequate. Prepare to wait for the lifts especially busy periods. Our family suite was infested with cockroaches. Managed to switch the family suite to another family suite. Rooms looks dated and in dire need of maintenance. Cable tv sucks unless you are a fan of mediacorp.

Stayed 1 night on the X'mas eve in the family room consist of 1 double and 1 single bed, for only Rm120+. First of all, they have 4 floors parking but very limited especially during peak season yet they have many floors and rooms. Parking is FOC by validating the ticket at the counter. But the hotel need some refurbishment, things are not too well maintained. Stints in the bathroom, safety box not working (no power), etc. There are 3 lifts to serve for 19 floors, so quite troublesome waiting for one, instead of waiting I just use the staircase where luckily I was at the 6th floor.

The hotel is strategically located in the city center (right in front of Dataran Pahlawan Mall) and within walking distance to Jonker Street (10-15mins). They really need to improve on the some of the rooms. The room that were assigned to us have a leakage on the bathroom ceiling. The breakfast spread was not too bad. And for any future guests do take note that the multilevel parking behind the hotel has a very limited space. But overall for the price that we pay it is considered value for money except some of the rooms condition.
