We did enjoy the stay family suite big enough for our family.  I will specially mention one outstanding staff concierge guy who help us with the luggage. My apologies for not getting his name. There are alot of improvements to be make for front desk next morning went to counter asking about the bear one staff when inside check for me but the other malay staff at counter gave me a kind of face like own her 10 million dollars no smell and black face. You are at the front line this not the way. I was at room 2012 n 2016. I am rate at 2star because of the outstanding concierge really help full if will be 1 star.

Unbelievable stay , If you think of staying here, think twice. Room condition looks like 1 star hotel, not worth the money. Towels are so thin and worn out. Shower room was hell, grouting with black stains all over the wall edges, poor cleanliness. Reception promised to call me when room is ready. No call until 3 pm, nothing mentioned to me on my breakfast until I asked the reception. Bedsheets with stains, looks unpresentable. Bedhead with stains, side wall poor painting job . Will not stay here anymore. Cups with stains, not washed, wood flooring chipped, not replaced.Walls dirty, poor painting and maintenance work...see to believe.

The hotel should really give the workers a pay rise for their fantastic performance . The reception guy was unable to give a simple smile when I approached to check in . He really left me feeling very welcomed . I guess he hates his job . I checked into the room and found a piece of towel strewn across the bed , not sure if it’s clean or not . The dustbin was not emptied, and the soap which was used by the previous guest was still left there on the sink . I made a simple request for extra dustbin plastics , but that was also not fulfilled . I really wonder what the housekeeping people are doing. The amount of effort they give really shows the interest they have in their job . Kudos . Please buck up.

Stayed at this hotel during our recent visit to Malacca. It is a no-frills and modern hotel. Room view was city view, facing Hatten hotel and with a balcony. Breakfast spread was decent. Location very good with eateries and coffee shops just outside and opposite the hotel.

Negatives- towels and toilet paper for one of our rooms not replenished after cleaning, security safe not functional, toilet leaking from hose. Positives - all the negatives above were resolved very quickly. Reasonably good service. Room and bed very comfortable. Excellent location

Room is super dusty & dirty. Hotel is very run down.. Not recommended. No iron in room and housekeeping kept sending us to ironing room but rooms are empty, or no iron - only ironing board. Breakfast is mediocre. Not much choice. Will not return back.

Don't be deceived by the beautiful hotel building from the outside. However you will have a nightmare from the inside. From reception staff, smelly room, found dirty socks soaked in a kettle, dirty toilet and found urine drops, dirty flooring, tangled wire, aircon not cold and dusty, there is a gap on the ceiling board. Breakfast served was horrible. This is based on our stay in year 2018.

The place is in the city center, walking distance to shops and malls nearby. Best for family with little children, room is spacious, plus the suites room comes with a living hall and bath tub. Good for long stays, love the practicality of the interior arrangements, cabinets and enough sockets for all your needs. Another plus point is it comes with a kitchenette giving more space for your snacks beverages etc. some turn down points include limited tv channels and a not working elevator, limiting only 2 units of elevator serving 23 floors with limited no of 4 pax at one time. Has an infinity pool at the roof top-23 floor, only no kids pool, make sure kids bring their floaties ya. Covered by food deliveries and also easy to get transportation. Nearby shop area includes banks, eateries (the famous chic rice ball is sooo nearby), pharmacies, convenient store and also snacks shop. Would recommend the place for people who love to have all necessities nearby ☺️
