Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Overall it was a good stay except for the first day when we checked in. I requested double bed but was given two single beds instead, I went to reception counter & was told they have only 20 rooms with king bed so couldn’t arrange for me. A staff at the reception counter offered to join the two single beds together and will put a linen sheet on top to make the surface even. However, when the room keeper came (which I waited for 40 mins in the room) he just push two beds together and wanted to leave already. It was not what I expect after waiting for 40 mins tho! It was dinner hour and my friend and I were frustrated with the wait & the bad service. So we left the room for dinner & told the room keeper to get it done before we come back. But guess what? The bed were still the same when we came back from dinner, just the two beds pushed together. Anyway, my friend and I just ignore and had the bed that way for the two night stay.
If you cant do what you offer, do not simply promise your customer on the service. Overall, it was a good place to stay as it is located right in the town. All tourist attractions are within walking distance.

Although it's only a 3 star hotel but the service standard is good. Had made the reservation via the webpage but requested to paid via cash instead of card and they called to inform that my request was accepted. The only disappointment is that there isn't any pool, was so excited for the pool and realized there isn't any during my 2nd day of stay. In addition, the mini fridge is not cold even when setting is set to the max. The air condition is in superb condition, bed and bathroom are good too.
There is 7-11 just right outside the hotel, as well as a fruit stall that sell clean and nice fruits.
Little note: the shutter to jonker is at hatten hotel lobby instead of estadia, because we waited at the wrong lobby so missed the bus. The shutter service is hourly, do check the timing before heading over.

It was a short 1 night stay with Estadia and we booked the Deluxe Suite that could fit the 4 of us comfortably.
We checked in pretty late at about 10pm and check in process was done in about 5mins. Location was a 4mins walk to Mahkota Parade mall and a 6mins walk to food / street stalls which opens till late night. If you're driving in, there is a shared carpark for hotel guests on level 4. There is also a 7-11 situated on the ground floor. Yay!
However, the hotel looks a visibly tired with laggy wifi connection and bed linens that was tattered. Carpet had knots of hair so we wore the room slippers. The TV were all grainy and fuzzy in both the rooms and living room. Basic amenity kits like shampoo and comb wasn't included and when we requested for it, they mentioned that it was out of stock. :(
Checking out was smooth too! Overall, we enjoyed the short stay for the convenience of getting around.

We checked in on 12/12/20 and this is the experience we went through. The parking was a little confusing at first (Hatten Hotel, Hatten Mall & Estadia Hotel all has same parking which is Hatten Mall parking). Once parked we went to the lobby (kinda far from parking actually but still walkable) and was greeted well. We felt good with the service and the lobby felt clean and presentable. We were early but managed to get a room so we went up to Level 5 to our room. Room was ok and looked clean. Kids used the restroom and then we went out again. Once back is where the not so fun part starts. We all wanted to shower before going out for dinner and found the bathroom flooded. The bidet beside toilet bowl was leaking and the whole floor was flooded. The flooring was uneven making water not to run down the output drain. It was getting late so we managed to shower and then I found the rod that holds the shower head was lose because of that the shower nearly fell on my foot. I kept my complimentary water bottle in the fridge before going out earlier to find it warmer than normal temperature due to fridge is not cooling at all. Before leaving for dinner we mentioned everything to the receptionist and requested them to check on it. When we came back I found the bidet fixed and fridge slightly chilled but the bathroom was still flooded and nobody cleaned up. I called front desk and they quickly acknowledged their mistake. The receptionist decided to provide and the action didn't take long (5mins to confirm and call back). We were then transferred to another room at Level 4 which was times better. The items in this room all worked well. Would like to personally say thank you to Mr.Aravindran for the care and love shown plus Jay at reception who helped in many ways.

The room has never been cleaned on time. Each time we come back to the hotel after lunch or probably 2-3pm the room was always not cleaned. There was a day I and my mom had to go to the concierge and reminded them 3x to get the room cleaned and was told they are prioritising the rooms for arrival guests as they are lack of manpower.
Other than that, we loved this hotel and how strategic and convenient it is to the places we needed to go.

The hotel’s location and price point was the main attraction here. I did have a comfortable stay however I felt that the staff could do better with the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel. The food was meh too. If the hotel focused on these two areas of improvement it’d consider staying again.
Oh! The mall closes at 10pm so you’ll need to find an alternative route (aka finding alternate lifts from the carpark) to get into the hotel if you’re used to the mall’s shortcut.
The walls are super thing too, you can literally have a conversation with the person next door. So newlyweds, take notes lol.

Overall hotel stay is good except for the lift. Door closed and hit my brother despite pressing on the door open button.
Have to exercise extra caution going in and out of the lift.
Only provided 2 pairs of slippers. Suite is for 4 adults and did not replenish shower gel/shampoo only upon request.

After staying at Estadia Hotel for numerous times, our stays so far had been relatively smooth and enjoyable. However, my recent stay was slightly disappointing from the moment i check in at the front desk.
After a hectic long drive to Melaka, all i look forward to is a nice pleasant room to take a nap in. Most if not all my past visits to Estadia hotel, front desk staff were very kind and get us checked in immediately. This time round, front desk staff told us to come back only after 3pm to check in. It was very obvious that the hotel wasn't at the full occupancy rate judging from the number of guests during the breakfast session and empty carpark with plenty of empty lots.
Front desk staff said that hotel was full and i know for sure, that is an outright lie. 2nd issue came when a room with queen bed was requested but a twin bedder room was given again. It was rectified and a room with queen bed was given. However, the nightmare didn't end right there. The air conditioning in the room was really bad, it wasn't cold even when the lowest temperature setting was set. I understand that Melaka's weather can be unforgiving in terms of the heat and even after drawing the blackout curtains, the room was still rather heated and it was very uncomfortable. Not to mention, i do not need to use the blanket for my 3d2n stay.
I believe this is just an one off incident because my previous stays at Estadia had been very pleasant and i can still fondly Mr Jay giving his best hospitality service to us last time. Unfortunately, he wasn't around at the front desk. Otherwise, i am sure he can make things right.

Room was really big for the 3 of us in a group. 2 bedrooms each with an attached toilet. In fact the living room can sleep another on the long sofa. Room was clean and air con was cold. The location is also a pus for traveller intending to visit Jonker street, its within walking distance. Few shopping centre around and many eateries surrounding the hotel. I will be bringing my family members to visit again and this hotel will definitely be my choice. Our purchase comes with a free dinner for 2 adults and 2 children. Were a bit disappointed when we were not able to convert it to 3 adults. In the end, we forgo the dinner and had our dinner outside instead.

Location is good, linking to Dataran Pahlawan and Hatten Square, but the linking entrance is closed, making guests to walk over to mall thru carpark, making it inconvenient. Stated FREE WIFI but WiFi unable to use during 2 nights stay. Sound proof was bad, able to hear guests next door talking about their grandmother story.
