Our room is wonderful--perfect for us. Please remember when you book a condo that they are individually owned so one may great and the one next to it not so great. The condominiums have 4 pools that are accessible, beach is just steps away, snack bar complete with everything from pool toys to alcohol is just at pool side. We...

We stay here every year at a different rental and have yet to be disappointed. Easy access to the beach, multiple pools, comfortable condos, and the "sugar shack". Family and kid friendly. We will be returning annually.

First, this is not a hotel- it is a condo complex, so know that each unit is individually owned. This is important to know when reading reviews, because not every condo is kept up to the same standards due to having individual owners. The complex itself is good. It sits on the beach, so very convenient. There are 4 pools,...

Condo smells and has no working ice maker. Beds are lumpy and make loud noises when you sit on them. Refrigerator light does not work so have to use the stove light to see inside. The hallways seem like a prison with exposed pipes. Several light fixtures do not work. The smell inside my unit is very bad. With as...

Not sure where to begin. The place was ghetto. Our unit had a window unit in the window and the washing machine would not work without something heavy sitting on top of it (my purse). The dishes and floor were dirty. The remote to the TV was broken. The water pressure is horrible and the drain in the bath takes...

Sugar Beach is a Condominium Complex and is perfect place to bring your family for a nice beach vacation. There is a guard at the entrance, with parking being shaded under the building. There are two elevators, with carts provided for your unloading/loading of all your belongings. There are 4 swimming pools, a tennis court, 4 gazebos, a bbq area...

Great little studio condo. Beautiful beach, pools, and sun deck. Great place to stay at orange beach. The condo and overall was super clean and well maintained. The sugar shack was a added bonus with delicious drinks. Recommend this for a economy vacation

The beach and pool areas are great. The condos are fine but a bit small. We do not go to beach resorts to hang out in condos, so it really didn't both us much. However, we had one bed with a fold out couch for three people. Once the couch was folded out, there was no room to walk in...

We stayed in 366 and we were very satisfied. Unit was very clean when we arrived and was cozy. No problems with the condo itself. This was our first time at Sugar Beach. This room is not an ocean view but we never spent any time on the balcony anyway. We only stayed 3 nights so a short visit. Really...

We love staying at Sugar Beach condos! It's always an easy walk down to the sand and water and the pools are awesome! The Sugar Shack is great for lunch, snack or drinks and is super convenient. The complex now also offers free wifi to all guests which is really nice. We plan to stay here many more times for...

“Rooms with a view cost a little more- we had a sliver of a view and the balcony was pleasant. Ground floor is all parking and there are elevators to take your stuff up so being higher up really isn't a problem. I'd definitely be sure I get little bit of a view at least!”
