This resort was beautiful. We just loved waking in the morning to the sound of the birds singing and the crashing of the waves. The atmosphere of PIR was just fantastic. The staff were friendly and were alway smiling. They were fantastic with children and our kids just adored their careers at kids club. The service was reasonable, and the...

My partner and I stayed in the beach bungalow for 9 nights and loved every minute! there are another 2 resorts that you can walk to when you want to try some different food. Food was nice and they have a cool bar that sells ice-cream and drinks during the day. Very friendly staff and absolutely gorgeous location! we did...

We had such a great holiday at plantation island! I read many many reviews before we went and to be honest I was expecting the worst. After 7 days on the island I can honestly say we had a great time! Yes the place is slightly run down but it's being renovated and its also been hit with bad weather....

We stayed here with our 5 year old son. The resort is very very tired and run down. We had a beachfront 2 bed bure which was lovely with hammocks outside the door. There were a couple of wooden sun beds but they had seen better days and were unusable. We went to Fiji for a family holiday where our...

This was an additional activity and quite expensive, but entirely worth it. From Port Denarau, a 45-minute boat ride to Plantation Island where we were met...

We caught a boat from port denaru to the island which took about 45 mins (organised by our travel agent) So we arrived at the island at about 1pm and had to wait in the stinking heat for 2 hours because our room was not ready. The shops do not accept cash, it's all done by a cash card provided...

Very clean, beautiful island. Food was good, but I thought expensive for what it was and sometimes rather slow, but I suppose that is Fiji. Rooms were clean and the slide was a big hit with the kids. Kids club also good. Overall, a nice holiday location and absolutely stunning.

We felt very welcome on arrival the staff were friendly especially with the children. The studio bure was perfect size very clean bright and comfortable. There...

We stayed at Plantation Island Resort from 24th January - 31st January 2017 in a newly renovated 1 bedroom terrace bure. The island was lovely with beautiful beaches and great snorkelling. Our bure was fresh and well cleaned. They were in the process of renovating the next stage of bures while we were there. Most of the staff were lovely....
