It's a typical backpacker place but the value for money is reasonable and the staff is really friendly and I had a great time here overall. People coming here should know what to expect, if you have high expectations, don't come here. It happens that there is no hot water or you got a bit electrical shock when trying to... More

Absolutely terrible customer service and organisation! We booked a package with transfers, ferry and 3 nights accom... They didn't collect us from the airport or get us on the ferry to go over to Mana Island, so we had to pay almost double for the whole trip as we had to pay for all these things when we arrived to... Hi , This was very simple. The guest paid for a package and the transfer included was to be on our scheduled transfer at 930am, with free pick up from anywhere in Nadi area. Since the guest missed the time, they took the South Seas Cruises (more expensive way to Mana) and had to find their own way to Port... More

We stayed at the big resort and popped down the beach for breakfast or lunch sometimes. All good and reasonably priced, though meal times restricted. I cannot review the accomodation, only the restaurant.

Did 4 dives with these guys and found them to be very reasonable price wise and the level of service from the team was excellent. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days we were out diving with instructor Aaron and his 2 boat skippers Joe & Simi. If we're ever back in this part of the world we... More

We went to this place for a 2 night stay and I wanted to check back out as soon as I got there. Don't get me wrong the people are lovely and friendly but oh my goodness the accommodation. I think the pictures will say it all, from the bed bugs to the toilet that leaked the water around as... More

Hi everyone, Thank you for that review. The guest paid for a dorm accommodation but still. My team have highlighted some structural work required so the dorm is now temporarily closed for renovation. This was the full board lunch and was supposed to be chicken potato salad and we're talking to the chef now and how we can improve on... More

Aaron was a brilliant diving instructor. I had never dived before, and was lucky enough to be on my own as he taught me. He always gave me spot-on explanations and tailored info on how to get better (I was concerned with my ears and nothing serious happened). I had a mix of theory and dives, so I wouldn't have... As I read some other reviews on here, I'm quite surprised. My husband and I just returned from Ratu Kini and have nothing but good things to say about the staff, dive instructors and whole experience. We purchased the PADI open water cert package, so we stayed in the ocean front cottage and loved it! It is literally ON the... More

Imagine the boss in the reception saying "I don't care about our reputation, I can do whatever I want and people still come here". Yes, her name is Mary. She only cares about money and rips people off, so be careful. 1. Mary told us the transfer to Mana Island (25 minutes trip) costs 90 FJD per person. Afterwards the... More

I was in Mana Island 4 nights and 5 days. I purchased a package which included private room accommodation, all meals and snorkelling gear, plus transfers to the island from Nadi (even pickup from the airport). The island was really beautiful and not over developed like I thought it might be. The good value of the package meant that I... More

We stayed at Mana for 3 nights as part of a larger group. The staff went out if there way to help us, all went excellent. Food is typical and acceptable. Views and reef access are great, even the home reef off the front deck offers reasonable snorkeling. Transfers are good from Mana Flyer. Dive sites and staff are excellent... More
