Myself and 2 other friends stayed at Treasure Island for a week...it was absolutely perfect. Probably the highlight of our holiday were the island's staff. The staff were so friendly, happy and attentive but not too over the top. We went to another island for a morning to look around/snorkel and they were nowhere near as friendly and kind. We...

I recently visited with my mother and family as a celebration of her retirement. Overall the island is mind blowing- Such beautiful surroundings. The water is so clear, we had lovely hot sunny weather. It was a nice place to just relax. However we did leave with a small amount of disappointment. They charge all food and drinks up to...

My wife and I stayed for 6 days and as there are further improvements(These have been happening over the 27 years or so we have been there) thought worth mentioning. The meal menu has a large selection suitable for all and well presented, now with a choice of a seafood luxury restaurant (La Mel Kana) which was excellent in all...

Recently enjoyed 7 nights on Treasure Island. Our ocean view bure was very comfortable in an amazing setting. Roomy with all that was needed. A refurb in the near future might not go astray however. A coral reef immediately off the beach on the eastern side of the island provided some wonderful snorkelling experiences. We had a breakfast / dinner...

Great island to visit for family's and couples / friends Staff and service very attentive and typically Fijian / large smiles and at a pace that forces you to relax. You never feel like you are on 15 acres of paradise as there are always spaces on the various sides o the island and pool! Good range of facilities and...

Was here with the family as fiji was one of our "must do" places whilst in this part of the world. As we have a little one needed to pick some where which catered well for kids as not all of the resorts do. Overall was great, we had a great time, the staff made us feel welcome and gave...

We have just returned from a week at Treasure. The island was every thing we expected and we were well prepared after reading many reviews on Trip advisor We stocked up on duty free and bought water from the marina before the speed boat trip to the Islans. We took lots of snacks for the kids from home. The snorkelling...

This was our first overseas holiday with our 5 kids aged between 5 and 17. We returned yesterday. In a nutshell, really good. Getting there. There is a 1/2 hour transfer to the island and a 2 hour return trip as it picks up from all the other islands on the way back. If you book the fast boat, your...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Set on a coral and sand fringed atoll within a stunning marine sanctuary, Treasure Island is one of Fiji's most iconic resorts, with over 40 years' experience in providing hospitality and friendship to travellers from across the globe. The island caters especially to families, honeymooners and true romantics seeking a unique and unforgettable island holiday experience. Treasure Island is one of the only resorts in the Mamanuca Islands to offer same day transfers, which means that you arrive on our island paradise the same day you arrive in Fiji. Treasure Island is unique as our traditional land owners, the Nakelo Clan, own 50 per cent of the resort and members of the clan hold many key positions, so our team (or as they prefer to be called, hosts) have a vested interest in delivering a truly authentic Fijian experience. This genuine hospitality is contagious and the main reason we have so many return guests. In fact one couple has visited us 85 times! Why don't you come experience for yourself what is unique and special about our island paradise. ... more   less
