Out of all the places that we go to, and return to, Toberua is the one that means it is time to relax. It is full of rustic charm. Casual, comfortable with good food and great smiles. This is not a party island but a place where time slows down. There is as much, or as little to do as...

We visited Toberua on our way to New Zealand from Canada - it is a real gem and well worth the effort it takes to get there - we"puddle-jumped" from Nadi to Suva, were met at the airport by a taxi that took us to the dock, and from there whisked away out to the most wonderful spot we could...

Staff are amazing, their attention to detail and desire to ensure their guests feel relaxed, at home, and well looked after is second to none! Even arriving at 8pm, we still received the same beautiful serenade welcome, and dinner once freshened up. The food is incredible, and you will definitely not go hungry! Picnic Island trip is stunning, and well...

We stayed on Toberua island resort for one week, the experience was wonderful. The staff was kind and always accommodating. They went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. The food was always great, they also worked hard to accommodate my gluten free diet. While there we went scuba diving, did the kayaking into the mangroves, did some...

The people and hospitality are amazing. Always making you feel like royal. Food is divine, and the staff are friendly and always making our stay enjoyable. You feel like the only ones on the islands. The view from your bure (accommodation) is spectacular where you would always wake up to the sunrise reflecting on the ocean right outside your door....

We spent time on Toberua in celebration of our 20th anniversary. A friend recommended the island as I'd never considered it before. From the moment we stepped onto our boat for transport it felt as though we were being welcomed home by family. I cannot express the kindness and genuineness of every individual. The accomadatiins were clean, gorgeous and comfy...

Toberua is beautiful! The island is what you would see on a postcard...blue clear waters, colorful fish, coconut trees, hammocks, huge spacious bure styled rooms...its paradise! Having been to Fiji once before, I really wanted to experience what it would be like to stay on an outer island so I watched a few YouTube videos and Toberua was recommended as...

This was an awesome vacation at an awesome place. Normally don't visit the same place twice when we travel, but this one we will. And we will be bringing our family next time. The staff are second to none and they live by the mantra" welcome home" and "this is your island". Plus the food was great too.

We really enjoyed our week on Toberua. The location is superb. The water is warm for snorkelling or scuba. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great. We last visited Toberua 21 years ago and at that time vowed to return. Yes it took a while and we now wonder why it took us so long. It...

Toberua staff love to welcome returnee guests and some of our staff have been here over 25 years. This is a place that resides in the hearts of many and lures people back to peace, exquisite simplicity and relaxation. We appreciate your return visit and your kind review.

This lovely island has been recomended to us by two separate couples. Since we have newer visited the Suva side of Fiji we said why not! " it's only 30 minutes with a boat from the main land. It is a tiny island resort with only 15 bures. It has a lovely swimming pool under the palm trees and modest...

Great feedback and useful recommendations for other travellers, thank you. We are pleased that you enjoyed our creative menus using fresh, local produce and that you loved the snorkeling, both on and off the island. Thank you for visiting the lesser known side of Fiji and discovering our 'little piece of paradise'.
