We stayed 35 nights on the 12th floor. The Internet connection was good much of the time; the room comfortable; we could get a T.V. channel in English; the air conditioner, however, was uneven, but that might have had something to do with Chinese policies...More
Hotel somewhat disappointing, I spent two nights. I had room 220, the wifi was working, there was a TV but no international channels, the room was dirty and Breakfast bad.

Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The location is good. That is all.
Reception service is bad. Male receptionist will shout at you. Breakfast is bad in choice and taste. Air-condition will not work if the weather is deemed cool by the hotel.

Floors were very dirty in rooms. Cooling did not work and construction was going on outside hotel all night. Staff spoke little to no english. restaurant was ok. Not a big selection but did in pinch. Would not stay here again.
We stayed 3 nights at Heyi, during the visit to Shanghai for the fair in Everbright Conventional Centre.
Hotel is just OK, nothing fancy. Rooms are clean, but the shower didn't work and they didn't fixed it.
