This hotel in the middle of 3 MRT stations ( Yuyuan Garden, Dasijie, East Nanjing Road). Really easy to go anywhere from here because that 3 station are in different MRT line....

This is a French hotel in the Kyriad chain that, like Great Western in Europe, purchases older hotels and totally renovates them. It definitely has the French flair; the rooms are spotless, meticulously clean and the staff as helpful as they can be. I am spending two weeks here [nine days just finished] and cannot say enough good things about...

Hotel is newly refurbished, located about 1km to The Bund and the famous Nanjing shopping street. We didn't try the hotel breakfast, there are a couple of local eateries just around the corner but if you are looking for fast food restaurants or hoping to get a good coffee, you may need to walk a bit. Hotel staff are friendly...

Brand new hotel conveniently located between two different subway stations, both within a ten minutes walk. Really good value for money, nice and spacious rooms, friendly staff, with somewhat difficulty with English, but there's always someone around speaking proper english. Recommended!

We were forced to change to Campanile from another hotel in the late evening and I'm extremely happy that we ended up to Campanile. I would say this hotel really made our trip in Shanghai. The place was entirely renovated in August 2016 at it indeed looked like that. Basically a brand new hotel and rooms were also up to...

Staying in People’s Square

Neighbourhood Profile
People’s Square
People’s Square brings with it all the excitement you would expect from the town square of one of the biggest cities in the world. The area around People’s Square and People’s Park is always a abuzz with activity. Oceans of local and foreign tourists flow in and out of the area every day to see grand museums, go shopping and eat at some of Shanghai’s most storied food centers. Shanghai residents, meanwhile, live and work in the many residential and office high-rises. While much of Shanghai stays busy late into the night, this really is an area that never sleeps with glitzy nightclubs keeping people up until the wee hours of the morning.
