Arrived for a two night business stay. All good on check in. The hotel as others have stated is close walking distance to the Bund and if you head across town only two blocks to the Nanjiang East Road shopping street where, what seems like half a million people can be found at any given time of the day. A...

I chose to stay at the Bund Riverside hotel for its very good location (10min walk to the bund). It seemed alright at first glance, even if a bit run down. The staff speaks good english but they stuggled when I tried to explain that there was (dog?) poop on the carpet of my room and that I stepped on...

We stayed in this hotel when we were in Shanghai for the Afl game Port power and Gold Coast. The hotel was rated 3 star. I thought it was great value for money. A 15 minute walk to The Bund. Breakfast was good. I would stay again

Bund Riverside Hotel My immediate impression was low. The entrance to the lobby is up 13 steps from the street, however the bell boys will carry your luggage up to the reception desk. This 18 floor hotel only had 2 elevators but it had 2 service elevators so wait times were not too long. My room 1502 was a deluxe...

When we got to the hotel, the hotel porters were really friendly and helpful. They saw us on the steps with our bags and helped us carry them in. However, the staff on the front desk were not so friendly. They did not give us a friendly welcome and took a long time to deal with our check in. They...

Stayed here with colleagues on a business trip--we booked the family room thinking it would net us a bit more space, but in reality this just means one king sized bed and one twin sized one....nevertheless, the room was very spacious, had all the amenities, and recently updated. We were able to book and get breakfast included, which was actually...

Cause of a long layover we wanted to explore and stay the night. We booked an inside room with no window and that would have been ok if they had airconditioner. It was so hot during the night we had to prop our door open to get cool air into our room. Besides that the room was beautiful and the...

Location is kind of far from the Bund and Nanjing road so don't be fooled but its name, even if its in the area, it is kind of far from tourist area. Hotel is outdated, needs maintenance and its noisy. It is clean and spacious but don't expect any luxury, just ok stay. its about and hour from Pudong Airport...
