They provide free airport shuttle service on an hourly basis. There is a person waiting inside the hall of terminal 1 arrivals near Door 7. If you cannot make a...More
We stayed two nights at the Joyful Star II. The location is convenient to Pudong airport but not much else. Upon arrival front desk provided us with breakfast vouchers, the schedule for our airport return free shuttle service and our wifi access. (Wifi in Shanghai...More
I stayed in this hotel two years ago due to its great location, only 15 minutes away from the airport. And it seems the hotel has had a major renovation in their rooms. They gave me a bottom floor room and the room was just...More
I was very disappointed with the service from the staff. I booked this property because they advertised free 24 hour transport service from the airport. I was arriving in Shanghai alone at 1:30 am and I was counting on a safe and hassle free ride...More

The nearest subway station is not too far but not a walking distance (10 to 15 minute-ride), it is Line 2 Lingkong Road Subway Station. When you come out of the station, it looks like you are in the middle of nowhere which it is kind of true, but do no panic. You will see lot's of people offering taxi rides, do not take them, they overcharge foreigners. If you know how to order a DiDi ride, it is very easy. Otherwise, just go outside by the side of the road and wait for a few minutes, eventhough it looks that no one will pass by, you will eventually see an empty taxi on the road.
