The hotel was conveniently located. The rooms were good and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, but the same menu gets repeated everyday. There was not a single person in the reception area who could understand English. Thankfully our English speaking Guide could communicate with both. The wifi here is very good, and password protected. All the guests can avail of...

My first impression of this hotel, after 18 hours of travelling, was wandering around their main floor which was packed full of ppl, wondering where to sign in. Upon finding the appropriate front desk, I found the staff were unhappy with my lack of Mandarin skills. Like, really unimpressed. When I woke up (in my pretty comfy bed), I attempted...

The location was not bad, it is 5 mins walking to the station but there was nothing around. The pictures that they show must be old pictures because it does not look as in the pictures, it looks a lot older. In my second day the women that were in the front desk were not able to speak any english...

Location better as its close to MRT station. Lot of shops surrounding the hotel. Breakfast mainly is Asian food and not much choice. Room facilities ok. Wifi service not so good as we need to go to the reception counter to active the free wifi. Once you disconnect the wifi, you need to reactivate again. Not friendly user.

Stayed two nights in this hotel upon our arrival in Shanghai. Rooms allocated are clean, but air conditioning is turn off during nite time. Request to have air condition turn on for good nights sleep turn to deaf ears, so actually commanded the reception to place an electric fan in our room. Breakfast was terrible, no choice even for the...

This hotel is a good business hotel. Rooms are large enough, at least the one I had which was at the 23rd floor (VIP floor). You can have a light breakfast in a very cosy atmosphere on the 25th floor if you have access to the VIP floors. Otherwise the restaurant close to the (busy) lobby is serving good a...
