I've seen other reviews but I've stayed here twice for about 3 weeks the first time and 2 weeks the second. Both times I've had a very clean room and everything has been nice. I've stayed on the Executive floor so maybe that is the big difference. The staff has been friendly. I wasn't able to make it back in... More

I've been staying here eight weeks for work. "Deplorable" is one of the words that comes to mind. Other words I could use would get my review stricken from the website. Be advised, room pictures from the hotel website must have been from opening day. I started my stay in their "standard" rooms. Absolutely filthy. The carpets are disgusting and... More

Horible!!! Dirty rooms. Slippery substance on carpet and bathroom floors, almost like grease. Bad sewer gas issues! Plumbing is horrible, toilet won't fully flush. Beds are hard as granite. The staff is unfriendly, I asked for more towels and they asked me why I wanted more, but that was on the fourth time that I asked. Many of the ammenities... More

Great entrance, very impressive. But then it goes downhill very fast. Behind the 8th floor lift door is a wooden wall. Should be a massage place. In the basement is a dustbowl, was a pool room. Advertize a gym, but can't use it unless your are "executive" material. Breakfast is great for Chinese, but lousy for westerners. The beds are... More

I've now stayed here for 6 weeks, through no choice of my own believe me! Unfortunately the hotel cleaning staff have never heard of a vacuum cleaner, the corridors and rooms are filthy. The beds might as well be made of concrete, they really are that uncomfortable. I ended up going to decathlon to buy an air bed to put... More

This hotel has a very nice 4 star lobby and a good selection of good food in the restaurant. The rooms were very dirty. they changed the towels daily but did not even vacuum the floor during my 2 week stay. Walking from the bed to the bathroom and back and my socks were filthy from dirt on the carpet.... More

This hotel was ok for those who are going to work in the area. As a foreigner I was put up here for a few nights in an executive suite. The rooms in the executive area are very nice and would come recommended. Not sure about the other rooms. Breakfast is very simple.
