I stayed here for two weeks on business. There is a free shuttle to the business area (about 1 mile walk) at 8am and 8:30am - if you don't read the slips of paper in your room, you will never know. Checkin was fine though a bit slow. The room is quite comfortable, the linen and towels are ok, the...

We stayed at The Eton for three nights in May 2017. Frankly, everything fell apart from our initial check in, where a mix up between Expedia and the hotel meant that our first night reservation somehow disappeared (we were able to show a text confirmation, but there was nothing on the system, it seemed). Now, these things happen from time...

We stayed here for a quick stay in Shanghai. If you want to do lots of sightseeing this is not the location. The hotel is nice and we were able to communicate quite well with the staff. The car service is super expensive. Twice more than I was able to arrange for myself. Room service food was quite good.

The hotel is situated in the Pudong area near a metro station. At first sight the lobby seemed elegant and the room design innovative. However, it was neither comfortable nor functional. At the bathroom you have no real privacy as the bathroom area is divided only by glass from the rest of the room. The glass door of the toilet...

Was having meetings in the Pudong area of Shanghai over the weekend and so booked myself at this hotel instead of my usual neighbourhood. It's a well-known hotel in a nice neighbourhood. Across the street is the metro subway line 4 exit - its 1 stop away from Century Avenue which could then interchange to many different lines for across...

I was attended by a staff called Eric Wei when I did my check-in and that was the worst check-in service and attitude I ever encountered. Not only the way he talked was rude, he threw the pen on the counter when he asked me to sign the form. The lock of my door was broken and I could not...

Comfortable room with great beds, but the bathroom frosted doors were disgusting and I put shower caps on my hands to open them. Good water pressure in the shower and lovely bathtub but afraid of what germs were in it. Views of the river and Shanghai high rises with all the neon were amazing. The restaurant on the 3 Rd...

Great for business - no real complaints - attached to a bigger business complex. Staff welcoming and attentive. Interesting bar, mainly full of business people - but turns into a live music area later in the evening.
