This hotel is in a great location..if you don't mind a little noise from the street. They had to move us because the air conditioner did not work in one room, and the fan was broken...the air did not work in the next room. And there was no fan...and it dripped on our heads all night..I found the linens to...

The service from this small comfortable hotel is outstanding. An easy trip from the airport, we originally planned one night, staying 4 instead. Suggestions from the owner and staff were extremely helpful. For being on a busy street with construction next door, the place was incredibly quiet. Rooms were adequate and clean, the bed more comfortable than our much higher...

The place is adequate. Nothing to rave about. I booked this room through Hostelworld and was not happy with their representation of the room. It served it's purpose of a landing space after the flight. Would not stay additional time. And was awoken to the construction across the street at 5:30 am. Would have booked elsewhere if I had known...

My actual rating for this hotel is: 3.5 / 5 for the following reasons. I chose to stay at this hotel after my other booking for the evening fell through (flying out of the Juan Santamaria Airport early Sunday morning so wanted somewhere near the airport to cat-nap and shower) and it was a good choice. There are many good...

I stayed here for two nights and wish it were less. The place is very nice looking on the surface. The linens are stained as well as the raggedy towels. The flimsy plastic shower curtain had mildew spots as did the ceiling of the shower. When I asked about the wifi. I was told that it was very slow, because...

Great place for a night after (or before) a flight. Only 10mins from the airport the hotel offers a clean, quiet place to stay. Not far from local bus depot for catching onward connections. Didn't eat here so cannot comment of the food/service.

Stood here overnight, as I had an early morning flight and wanted to be a short distance from the airport. The Italian restaurant in the lobby was a delicious dinner. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. The room was small but contained everything one might need, but no toiletries, which was fine for me. Comfortable bed, small flatscreen...

The staff here is very very nice and helpful and the location of the hotel is just as great. As far as the hotel itself it's like many people have mentioned, a place to stay one night while in transit. As it's in the center the street is noisy during the day and then from about 11pm-6am (if I remember...

Stayed one night - this is a nice little hotel for a one-night stay when arriving or departing from the SJO airport. Nothing fancy, but for our stay it was clean and bright. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I believe available at the front desk 24 hours. We thought the location was great, being able to stroll...
