I was there for 2 nights. The rooms are great for the price. Located near everything. The family were very nice and helped with every question I had with lots of patience. The rooms were clean. Will definitely go back there.

Everyone here worked hard to make my one-night stay comfortable. I received good advice on a place to stay and a place to visit. The proprieties was especially helpful. The room was comfortable, and though I was a bit suspicious of the location near the bus station, the hotel and its staff was excellent.

I really enjoyed this hotel, great in town location, good value and beautiful view of volcano at sunset. The breakfast wax only ok but everything else made up for that. Highly recommend for a very affordable stay.

Hotel Las Colinas, was a nice place to stay. Very clean, quite and comfortable. We enjoyed the free traditional breakfast and the staff was always accommodating. the view of Arenal from the 3rd story patio deck was unforgettable. Couldn't ask for a better view of the volcano. With Las Colinas being in the heart of La Fortuna, getting around is...

We stayed here two nights and the rooms are clean and well structured. It's in a good location so literally you have their " high street" just round the corner with super markets and restaurants in walking distance. Great view from terasse to arenal volcano. Breakfast was a bit difficult to communicate, but overall very good. Staff is nice and...

Loved staying here! The whole staff were so nice. I got to make tortillas with their mom in the morning! It's very close to so many restaurants, souvenir shops. They have great breakfast in the morning, the typical costa rican style, coffee, tea, or juice. I had come back from one of my tours and I had a few hours...

Stayed here as part of a GAdventures trip. Charming hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Loved the second story patio area that looked out at the volcano. Breakfast was tasty and generous as well. Good location close to the main street.

I was treated like family at this family owned and managed B&B. The food was wonderful. Different menus were served daily. My room was kept perfectly clean. The employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Room temperature remained steady with controlled low humidity. Mostly it was quiet and pleasant even amid visitors coming from many countries. The place is well managed...

Had a nice stay here with a few gripes... There were a lot of groups staying at the same time so we often had no hot water to shower in the morning and it was hard to find a table at breakfast time. It also meant the communal bar area, right next to the rooms, was very noisy. Usually quietened...

Thank you very much for your comment, we will review the details of hot water, because although the hotel is complete this should not happen.
