The staff at this resort our professional and go above and beyond to meet whatever you request. Eva and Cristina were very helpful in booking a taxi or answering any questions I had. They made the checkout process so easy. The free breakfast buffet was delicious and all the food from the restaurant was great and the staff gave great...

We stayed here for 2 nights, were very excited because it looks amazing from the outside. We checked into our bungalow and there were ants all over the bed and desk. We immediately went to the front desk and they seemed confused and annoyed by our request to switch rooms, but after a few minutes, they gave us a new...

This resort has the most beautiful view of Volcan Arenal! The landscaping at the resort is also beautiful. I have mixed reviews of the rooms. We are a family of 5, so we had 2 Junior Suites. Yes, the décor is dated as others have noted and there are small upkeep items that would be so easy to fix...missing knobs,...

Staying at this resort was one of our finest experience in Costa Rica. The property was clean and well appointed. The staff were prompt, helpful and polite. The restaurant food was excellent in quality and adequate in quantity. The property had a spectacular view of the Arenal Volcano from each living unit. The property was well cared for and very...

If you want to experience nature, this is the perfect hotel. Not the most luxurious, but I much preferred the views and natural beauty of this resort. The staff was exceptionally attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the spa offered excellent massages, and we were able to hike the rainforest adjacent to hotel. Guides were readily available for those...

We stayed 2 nights at this resort. It has a nice location with a beautiful view on the volcano. Some nice pools and hot springs but that's about it. The "bungalows" are out dated and too high priced. It's simply a big resort with a lot of people and you notice this in the morning when you will take your...

this was supposed to be a romantic weekend in a luxurious hotel...and ended up being a cheap stay in an expensive hotel. First, the room: if you seek for "bungalow superior" you will be disappointed: there is nothing superior about it except for the price ! this is a very small room, 2 beds, a tiny TV on top of...

We stayed here for one night. We were fascinated by the view over the pond and the Arenal volcano. It is a rather big resort with cabin type accommodation. It has 3 warm thermal water pools ( free use for customers) open even at night and a Spa service at additional price of course (which we did not use..). The...

We stayed here for 2 nights in February in a Junior Suite and we much appreciated the bungalow settings, the gardens and the restaurant. The bungalow provided more than adequate facilities and space. The gardens were beautiful and a pleasure to walk around. Our schedule was busy so we were unable to take advantage of the swimming or hot pools....
