Amazing cabin with a view over the beautiful garden/jungle. Literally couldn’t be better. There is an amazing short walk to a river close by, you’ll be amazed by the variety of plants and birds you’ll see at the complex. You can get a tasty and rich traditional breakfast at the main house for 3000 ccp per person.

My gf and I stayed in one of their cabins. Located on same road into la fortuna waterfall. Around the corner and couple minutes drive to fortuna downtown where their is liveliness. Restaurants, shopping ,etc. Must stop to check out. Airbnb style, price was fantastic. Owner and his family are very nice and accommodating. Employs staff that do the cleaning and up keep of his property which is very beautiful. Their is a ridiculously beautiful pathway behind the cabins which lead down the a river/stream. Breakfast is anywheres between 6-8. Extra $5 per person for the breakfast. But well worth it. Starts with a fresh bowl of fruit, bananas, watermelon, pinapple. Then you get a hot dog, scrambled eggs, cheese and cooked plaintain. And a bowl of their rice which was really good. Oj,coffee, tea. And while your eating outside on the patio area. They have a bird feeding setup just feet away where exotic birds come and land and feed on the fruit they stick out there. Even spotted a toucan while there. I highly recommend this place.…

Our 12th year returning to these rustic cabins with beautiful ceramic and wood. We love the hammock on the back porch overlooking the gardens sloping to the river . Waking to the sound of the birds and the rushing river! So many birds! Nice tipico breakfast! Thank you to our hosts!

Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed. Very comfy room and bed. The veranda is just perfect to relax while watching the trees and humming birds. The staffs are very friendly. There is a trail to the river and it's very nice and peaceful. We would definitely go back to this place and highly recommend.

Awesome location. Wonderful family that takes the utmost care of the property. It’s not close to town - 45 min walk - Best to have a rental - the taxi rides to town really add up. Perfect views and a great breakfast for 5 bucks.

This review is long overdue, but my boyfriend and I came to Costa Rica in August 2017 and stayed at these cabins for 4 days. Jonathan was very communicative, although we did not meet him. He helped us plan a lot, such as rafting and zip lining and ATV riding. Felix was at the cabins with his family and was extremely sweet. They cooked breakfast every morning. The cabins are walking distance to a river and some stairs will lead you to it. The water was so refreshing! There is a hammock in the back of the cabin that you can relax in and overlook all of the lush green trees. I highly recommend visitors to stay here, as the views from the cabin are excellent.

Our cabin was perfect! We had a beautiful view of a variety of Costa Rican greenery with sounds of the river in the background. We could see many hummingbirds while enjoying our morning coffee. Breakfast is available at reception for $5 USD and was wonderful: toast, eggs, cheese, plantain, coffee, and fresh fruit. The location of the cabin is removed from the main strip but still within 5-10 mins driving of many delicious restaurants. The cabins are run by a wonderful and kind family who surely take pride in keeping the cabins and property safe and clean. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in La Fortuna!

Stayed three nights in the cabins and had a lovely time, the owners were friendly and helpful and cooked a lovely breakfast. It’s a little bit outside the Fortuna center so a car is recommended. Our cabin was overlooking the river with the rainforest behind it. We had a beautiful little balcony with a hammock and a basic kitchen where we could cut our fruit! Hummingbirds were hovering around the plants as we enjoyed the sunrise in the early hours. Perfect for couples! 11/10
