We stayed here for two nights, great view of the volcano from our balcony. Service was great and the location is great for lots of restaurants, cafes and stores. We are spoiled in America as the beds were hard and uncomfortable but I think that's the norm for most places in Costa Rica (without breaking the bank). As previously stated...

Hello, Thank you for choosing the Regina for your lodging. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. Sorry about the traffic noise. However, on the other hand, our location has advantage that you are within walking distance of La Fortuna’s restaurants, shops, bars, parks, banks and other attractions/services. Good place. We initially stayed at another place outside of town. We liked this more. Its right in the center of town. The A/C rooms were very clean and spacious. It does have the standard Costa Rican hotel harder mattresses and pillows (hard to avoid) of this level of hotel, but we were very pleased with the room. You have...

A lovely hotel: comfortable beds, nice cold AC, big bathroom, daily turn down service, clean towels every 2 days (or as requested), terrace with views of the volcano. Rosio the manager is excellent and really helpful, going above and beyond to make your stay a good one and helping with any trips or tours you'd like to book. Highly recommended!...

Great location on the edge of La Fortuna, just a few hundred metres from the very centre of town and with plenty of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. We had a lovely corner room with a wrap around balcony that provided sensational views of the volcano. The room itself was spotlessly clean, quite large, and very well equipped...

Rocio was amazing and was full of information on various excursions in the area. She helped us choose the best options based on what we were looking for. She also recommended great local eating places. The hotel was in a great location. It was on the main street and was within walking distance to many dining options and markets. The...

This place is awesome. A true gem in la Fortuna, Costa Rica. It's clean, comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are huge and the view of Volcan Arenal is spectacular. I would definitely recommend and return to this jewel of la Fortuna. Believe me you will not be disappointed.
