Very nice rustic cabin with great decor, fridge, comfortable bed, big corner bath with shower, no a/c but had a centre ceiling fan which sufficed. Wifi at reception and restaurant. The cabin is set in the woods surrounded by wildlife and has a porch with rocking chair. Done the night frog walk just after arriving which was brilliant then went straight...

This is owned by a local family. We try to support locals when we visit towns. This place is very clean, very kind and helpful staff, breakfast is really good. The night tour is a must. I took some great photos of many birds on property. Even saw the mating ritual of the white collared manakin. This is a smaller...

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2016 and paid $100 per night for a cabin. Compared to the other places we stayed at during our trip we found this a bit overpriced for the quality. The cabin was nice, but simple and buggy. There were large gaps around the door and as a result we had lots of...

We spent 2 nights at the Oasis Ecolodge. Our cabin was very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We loved the rustic touch and the small deck with rocking chairs in front of the cabin. The reception and breakfast services were excellent. The cabins are very quiet and very well located, away from downtown La Fortuna that can still...

Set in the middle of the rainforest, with rustic cabins, this place is great. It's very clean which we loved. We took the night tour, saw frogs and snakes, the guide Gabrielle was really nice to my 9 year old and informative. The wifi doesn't work in the cabins, just at the reception or restaurant area. Just good to know...

We showed up at the cabins without a reservation to see if they could squeeze us in that night. We were staying at another location that had a great view but was too far out of town. They were very polite, and said they did not have a room available for tonight, but they would the next night. While we...

The accommodation is in small cabins in the forest with comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms. The lack of a/c certainly wasn't a problem for us and we woke up to the sounds of the forest. We stayed for 3 nights and were most impressed by the helpfulness of the management and staff. My wife asked if she could have...

Loved this place despite it not having a/c, TV, or wifi in the rooms. lol. Woke up to the coolest animal noises in the morning, no other hotels were like this. Breakfast in the dining area was the cutest!! They feed the birds so you see colorful birdies while you eat breakfast (with cute music playing in the background). Only...

We spent three nights at Arenal Oasis and could easily have spent an entire week. The quaint wooden cabins include a very comfortable bed, fully equipped bathroom and hot shower, and lovely porch with rocking chairs. The sounds of the birds chirping, roosters in the morning, and occasionally howler monkeys enhanced the experience. It was basically luxury camping in the...

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family of 4. We had the 2 bedroom which had 1 bed in each bedroom and a twin in the main living area. No AC but not needed since it cools off at night with the windows open. The only problem we had one night was since the property abuts a residential area,...
