Wow, this place is seriously luxurious. We are not luxury hotel people, we camp and really like cabins but this was a very nice break from tradition. The grounds are absolutely stunning with their well manicured but still naturally abundant flora. Magnificent tropical flowers every where and enough palms to create a lot of privacy. We stayed in a casita...

I booked us in a canopy room for our one night stay, only to find we had been upgraded to a rain forest suite when we arrived. Words cannot describe our delight in receiving this upgrade. The room was fabulous and very private. The property itself is a rain forest jungle making the walkways almost like tunnels. Upon the checking...

Best thing about the hotel: a great view of the volcano from our own very private sundeck. But it's not the only thing - the room was enormous, with a huge dressing area and both indoor and outdoor showers. The deck itself was similarly spacious with sitting area, hammock and Jacuzzi. The service is good, although it sometimes felt as...

We stayed here for 5 days after getting married in Guanacaste. What a treat! About the room: Our deck had an amazing view of the volcano (I think rooms from mid 30's-40's have this view) in addition to a jacuzzi and hammock. We were able to spot a variety of birds from our deck and saw the resident sloths almost...

We spent 3 nights at this hotel in November 2016. Arrival We arrived around lunchtime after a 3 hour drive from San Jose. We were greeted by a number of staff who took our bags and details before taking us to check in. We were given cold towels and offered a complimentary drink of our choice while check in was...

We stayed in a deluxe casita, the room was beautiful with a great view of the rainforest. Definitely keep your sliding door open at night and listen to all the sounds! The grounds of the hotel were amazing. So many fun places to explore. The jacuzzi's were perfect temperatures and so romantic, we spent every night enjoying them with a...

As others have said, this is a beautiful place to stay and the cleverly landscaped planting makes you feel as though you are in your own secluded tropical paradise even though the rooms aren't really that far apart. The rooms are large & everything was wonderful!

Our first trip to Costa Rica was one of our best trips ever. The people we met and the natural beauty of this amazing country was great. Our experience at Nayara Resort was nothing short of fabulous. The staff was over the top and truly made us feel welcome. The food was superb and our Rainforest Villa was extraordinary.
