We stayed here after having flight issues and needed a place to stay for 1 night. The staff was extremely accommodating after finding out we had spent the previous night at the airport and worked quickly to prepare 2 rooms for us in the morning. The food is excellent and we were very pleased with our room. The hotel is very new and we enjoyed the pool area and workout room. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, nicely air conditioned, the rooms had everything that I needed (fridge, safe, coffee maker). Shower pressure was great, hot water was lovely, towels were clean. The pool area was wonderful - it even had a bar for drinks and food. Pool chairs and towels were nice as well. The front desk staff were very accommodating as we arrived before 3pm. We expected to just store our luggage but they were able to put us in our rooms so our luggage stayed safe. The morning breakfast was ok - it opened at 6am prompt. We would definitely stay here again.

We actually didn’t stay at this hotel, although it looked lovely. The free shuttle was a great experience. Specifically the driver Jorge, we had issues finding our shuttle and he stopped after recognizing us from early, called the company, and stayed with us till we got the right one. He was so patient and kind. Thank you, Jorge. We appreciate all you do.

This Hampton by Hilton is apparently very new and is experiencing some, not insignificant, growing pains. I arrived on a Saturday in early December 2024 for a one night stay due to an early flight out of Liberia’s airport on Sunday morning. I had a room booked beforehand and had filled out the on-line check in time as being 2:00 PM which was listed as the earliest time available. Due to delays by Sansa Airlines (a regional carrier) I did not arrive at the Hampton until 3:15 PM. There is a free airport shuttle. At that time, I was informed by the front desk that, due to factors out of their control, they did not have any clean rooms available and I would need to wait in the lobby area. I asked if they could comp me a drink or a cup of coffee while I waited with my bags and was offered a bottle of water instead. At 4:00 PM I called the Hilton Honors support line and they said they would call the front desk and inquire about the situation. At 4:30, while still waiting on hold, I was assigned a room and given a key.
I had been given physical key cards upon check in but after entering the room, I opted into the digital key option which then caused the physical keys to stop working. No big deal but since the keycards were now useless, I left them in the room and went to dinner. Afterwards I discovered that the elevators, which require a valid keycard be presented to access the guest room floors do not accept the digital key so I had to go back to the front desk and get new keycards issued to get back up to my room where the digital key had now been invalidated. The room itself is clean, modern and functional. The prices for the hotel restaurant are very high with a bowl of tortilla soup running $16 US. They have a captive audience as your only other choice is the other nearly Hilton’s restauraunt. I went down the road a bit to Little Lucha Taqueria and got the Saturday night special “Big Ass Burrito” with shrimp for $11. For something else within walking distance there is a newly opened KFC about a block away. I have to say that between the hour plus wait to access the room and the issue with the keys, my first impressions have not been very positive. They also have some pretty weird policies posted on the Hilton website for this Hampton like the minimum age to rent a room being 12 years old and charging a $100 early checkout fee. I have never heard of an early check out fee and really don’t even know that that entails

When we arrived one computer was down, resulting in check in taking 15-20 minutes. The room was clean, not a pretty view of construction. It’s very close to the airport and we had a good sleep, the swimming pool was nice. Breakfast was limited and eggs were oily. Staff were friendly and check out was quick. They have shuttles that run every 15 min free of charge to the airport. There is a Pricesmart 5 min walk away that is like a Costco

We stayed here first night and last night of our trip. You can see the runway from our room. We didn’t want to come back here but we had booked both nights. The rooms are acceptable, the food was terrible both times. We waited over an hour, we ordered fresh catch of the day and fish tacos. We couldn’t finish our dinners, it was so bad. Tonight we also waited an hour for beef quesadillas and again, food was awful. Service very slow. Breakfast was also bad. There is a Hilton Garden Inn next door, maybe it’s better. A new hotel is being built so the noise and dust makes sitting poolside during the day impossible. Good news is Alamo and Enterprise car rental is inside the lobby so you can pick up and return without having to go anywhere else. That was very convenient. There’s a small store where you can get packaged snacks and ice cream, t shirts and souvenirs. Staff is friendly.

I stayed here because of it's proximity to Liberia Airport so I could rest for a night before traveling again the next day. If you're wondering why there are so few reviews, the hotel opened just 1 month ago.
I took a taxi for 10 dollars to the hotel. The food is excellent, the rooms are very clean with full amenities. A little smaller than rooms in the US, but perfectly fine.
Breakfast is complementary and very good. Nice outdoor dining and pool area. Friendly staff. I'll stay again when I return to Liberia to catch my flight again.

Great hotel, very comfortable, new, clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a lot of options and was very tasty. Hotel is perfectly located right across the street from the Liberia Airport and is minutes away from the city. Highly recommended!
