Very nice Hotel in a Quiet peaceful town close to the beach. Very comfortable room. If you walk to the beach and take a left about 35 meters is a beach restaurant and bar with excellent food and drink and chairs on the beach. My apologies I cannot recall the name of the establishment yet the owner was Eduardo who...

Beautiful grounds with a nice swimming pool. Rooms were clean and spacious and very quiet. Staff was pleasant, but did not speak english very well. Luckily we had our spanish speaking daughter with us. The breakfast was bland and the same every day with no choices. Overall a very good value and a comfortable and beautiful place to stay.

Villa Acacia was really clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and they have feeders out for birds. The pool was nice and refreshing. The hotel is walking distance to the beach. There is no hot water for showers at best it is tepid. The breakfast is included and was good, typical "tipica." The staff was friendly and courteous. They...

The environment is beautiful and our room #6 was very nice with vaulted ceilings which were very nicely done, two double beds, AC, TV, a mini fridge, and a patio overlooking the serene garden! They also have a very nice pool, although it may not be great for young children as the shallowest part was about 4'. The hotel is...

We just loved our time at Villas Acacia. The hotel has a resort feel and is just a block and a half to the beach. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Having a refrigerator was a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening. The WiFi was a bit spotty in the room - but was always...

Great little place only a block away from the beach. Good breakfast, nice, but small, pool and lovely landscaping. Friendly place. Very enjoyable. Food only average, but there are many options nearby. Watch out for elevation change in Villa's floor. Really small coffee maker, but good, fresh coffee down at breakfast.

For costarican standards this hotel is very good especially for the location, the rooms and cleaning of the rooms. The restaurant has less to offer, like meals offered on the menu, but cannot be served. Furthermore I regard the service slow. Also the choices for breakfast are limited to two, although there is a great willingness to adapt the meals...

This hotel is very good for costarican standardans, that are one notch below US and two below Europe. But go if you want a real Costa Rican experience. Staff very friendly, breakfast standard tico (rice and beans and lots of coffee), very good evening cocktails. Monkeys, squirrels, iguanas all included. Beach is at 5 mins walking. Try the Casita del...

This hotel was booked through the agency I used to plan our Costa Rica trip. Kind of difficult checking in, as they spoke little English at the front desk, but we got through. Had another little misunderstanding when they gave us a Villa. Not sure the cost of the Villa, but they were nice with a mini kitchen, walk in...

I rate this place !! 50m from the beach Friendly and super trust worthy staff. Super secure inc secure parking and beautiful gardens. Brilliant kiddies pool alongside wonderful adult pool. Rooms super clean and fresh. Comfortable beds. Our only criticism is the breakfast which is basically a choice of local rice and beans or fat pig American fry up, but...
