I was there for the weekend and I was suppose to get a "Deluxe" room that looks more like Standard. No fridge to keep our beers cold. I never meet the owner and I was expecting to do so, since I¨ve read great things about him. TV and AC never worked, Beers were really expensive and we tried to pay...

We booked this place for two reasons the air conditioning and the hot tub. Luck was not on our as both were not working. On a positive note, the host was really helpful in trying to find a solution. In the end we got his private fan. The place has a nice atmosphere and vibe and the breakfast is fine....

We rented the apartment room. It was great for my family. It is a 2 story apartment, with a breakfast bar, kitchen, living room and washroom in the first floor, and a loft style room with five beds (2 doubles, 3 singles) in the 2nd floor. There is also a spacious balcony with a hammock that has palm tree views!...

I stayed in Hotel Mamiri for 2 nights with 2 friends and had an amazing time. Good room with air conditioning, a fridge and a microwave. Very clean and safe, close to the beach and to the commercial center of Tamarindo. The owner, Mauro, is a very nice man and always willing to help. The breakfast food is very good...

Our daughter who lives in Tamarindo booked us into this small hotel, and we very much enjoyed the room, the pool, the lovely breakfast, and the welcome Marco and his family gave us. There is a bank right across the street, a food and wine shop nearby, good restaurants close and the beach not far away. We highly recommend this...

I stayed here for three days. We ate at the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. Homemade pasta! It was fantastic! The pizza was divine. Service at the hotel and restaurant were great. The pool and jacuzzi is just what I needed after a 5 hour drive from San Jose. Breakfast was included daily. It was cozy and safe. The...

A sad place to visit, First the ad stated this was 250 meters from the beach. I stopped counting my steps to the beach after I got to 600. Also they advertise a private terrace with every room; I am still looking for mine; it did not exist. Very small dark, dirty smelly rooms. I was given a noisy ultra...
