We are leaving after staying three days in Cahuita. First off, the hotel is located right across the street from the Playa Negra beach which is awesome. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the service...Amazing. The managers even offered to drive us to Puerto Viejo for free so we wouldn't have to take the bus. What nice people.

It's a lovely place to stay. Just 5 minutes from Cahuita town. We hired a bike and it was easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel has different bungalows hidden behind a wild scenery full of plants. Beach is just one minute. Wish breakfast was included but there are places nearby anyway. Greg and Michele really made...

A relaxing stay, a beautiful beach, friendly staff fluent in english. This mini resort had it all! Peace and quite, drinks by the pool, steps from a nearly deserted beach, comfortable and exotic rooms and cottages with a privet feel and absolutely beautiful landscaping. I use half my memory card taking pictures of the sloths, flora and fauna on the...

My son and I took the public bus from San Jose to Cahuita and walked from the bus stop to the Guesthouse. Our room was spacious and perfectly clean and tidy. The grounds of the property are lush and meticulously maintained with a stunning range of tropical trees and flowering bushes. Right across the road is a gorgeous beach. The...

I spent a week at this fabulous guesthouse and loved every minute. It is a very beautiful, secure location right across from the beach. Couldn't have been better. The owners go out of their way to be helpful. I felt very welcome -- It surpassed all of my expectations. Highly recommended.

We stayed here in the yellow bungalow two nights and wouldn't change a thing!!!! The grounds are beautiful, by far the prettiest and most well maintained landscaping of the 3 places on the coast we stayed. What a charming location walking distance to a perfect little town. The pool is a nice touch and hard to find on the carribean...

We spent a fantastic week in Cahuita and staying at Playa Negra was the icing on the cake. Greg and Michel are wonderful hosts and have a gem of a spot. A stone's throw from the beach and close to the amazing Cahuita National Park, we couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay. We stayed in the charming...

We stayed here for two nights beginning our week trip to Costa Rica. If you're making the jaunt to the east coast then you need to stay here. It's probably the finest accomodations in Cahuita. Immaculate grounds, wonderful pool, clean and comfortable rooms. The sound of the Carribean Sea crashing the shore a hundred or so yards away. Many thanks...

All the reviews are right. The owners are wonderful hosts. The bungalows are beautiful (and reminds one of the British bungalows in their former colonies). Incredibly well-kept gardens. Who could ask for more? Hosts will provide you guidance for the local attractions if you ask.
