Breakfast is delicious. Staff is extremely friendly and keen on helping planning the day and rest of the trip. The prices are fair and if you are lucky, you can even see very rare frogs in their garden :)

Playa Negra is directly across the road from Brigitte's cabinas. The national park is at the edge of the village of Cahuita, a walk of approximately 20 minutes down a gravel road from Brigitte's (or an easy bike ride or a very brief ride by car or taxi).
I had no vehicle and both walked and bicycled into town and the park. You can rent bicycles from Brigitte's sister.
