The suite was beautiful. However, the smell of mold was over-powering. We contacted Hotels.com and was moved to another location. Upon arrival, we were treated like royalty. Upon notifying management of the problem of the mold we were treated like dirt. The couch smelled so bad. I sat on it and the mold went straight to my clothes. It was...

Let me start by saying that this is the first time I have ever had to actually leave a hotel and book another on the spot. It was so bad that we had to forfeit two nights stay (as the hotel refused a refund). After carefully reviewing a number of hotels in Manuel Antonio, I decided to book this one...

Natural pacific was all that we hoped for and more. The suites were very spacious and made out for a very comfortable living arrangement. Each room had an air conditioning unit which was very convenient, being that the outside temperature never dropped below 70 Fahrenheit while we were there. The kitchen also had everything we needed from plates and silverware...

For the money, this is a great spot. There's tons of room. The wifi is good - essential for the kids. It's fairly close to restaurants. You could walk but there's no sidewalks. I would give Eddy, the manager, 5 stars. He's friendly, helpful and responsive. He helped us make reservations and arranged for some laundry to be done.

Eddy was very nice and responsible at greeting us and showing us the features of his property. He was informative with tourist information, and quick to help us booking tours. The property is very nice and functional, set up with an at home feeling. We had troubles locating this place as it is in the small streets (no street signs...

A very good place to stay in Quepos/Manuel Antonio. Quepos is a very busy place and the best thing about this hotel is that it is away from the crowd. Opt for the upper floor rooms, and you 'll get a view on the rain forest over the very end of a true village with no tourist at all. We...

We stayed here for 2 nights in Jan 2016. The suite we stayed in was on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space was large and had a decent kitchen. No oil or salt or condiments of any kind so remember to buy your own if you plan to cook. It has a coffee maker and...

Natural Pacific Suites is a great place if you want to get away from the tourists and like walking a bit (or have a car). The manager, Eddy, is very helpful with tours and local information and will take care of any concerns you may have with the apartment. The hotel is situated in a neighborhood. There is a small...

We loved staying here. Eddie was super helpful. He booked all of our excursions for us. The place is very secure. There is a roll down gate that only the people staying there can open and close after hours. There are steep stairs to climb to get to the suites and there are no elevators if you have problems with...

We stayed there two nights with two couples. Eddy was very accommodating and helpful. They gave us a two bedroom condo with kitchen. It has a tv with some English channels. It was very clean and comfortable. It is not on the beach but that is not a problem as most people go down to the main beach. We would...
